The technician who was the first on the scene, Kyle Meyers, is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was so thorough in his inspection. He found a small glitch in the other HVAC unit, and fixed it, and he found exactly what caused the failure in the dead unit. He took pictures to show me, as I am unable to go outside. I can't say enough nice things about Kyle."

"Michael and Chris did a comprehensive inspection and estimate. It was complicated because they had to increase the airflow and they had to figure out a way to add supply vent. The possible solutions were thoroughly explained beforehand. It took longer than they expected for the install because they tried to minimize the aesthetic impact when installing a new vent. They also had to find a way to get the inside unit into the crawlspace without digging up the well wall. They did a great job and did not charge more than the contract estimate even though it took more time, manpower and equipment than the calculated for the estimate. The crew members were all courteous, knowledgeable and efficient - exceedingly professional. They cleaned up completely when they were done including removal of the old system. Would definitely use Automatic Climate again."

installing a new coolant line, even tho another company said it could not be done!   Andrew came out to make sure the job got
started on time and correctly, and checked in several times.   He was available to answer questions, and responded promptly when we needed to move the thermostat after the installation.
They were very creative in relocating the new unit on my hill and built a very nice pad.
