The pool installer did not complete the Polaris setup per the installed instruction manual, and several adjustments were needed to configure th equipment per manufacturer recommendations. We needed additional parts to make that happen. Gary ordered the equipment for us and for the leader hose connection swivel and nuts, the ordering system clearly shows the swivel nuts being sold in pairs. We needed 4 so ordered 2 pair. When they arrived, only 2 nuts were delivered. Gary told us that regardless of the mixup from his supplier, that he would fix the order and within a couple of days had all four parts for us. Our pool water looks amazing, I would highy recommend Gary and his team for their services. They also have great billard supplies which we have also picked up in the past

- Commonwealth RenovationsThe pool was to be located close to the house, sitting on the floor of the crawlspace on top of poured concrete. This was changed very quickly. The Plan was changed and moved to the middle of the yard where there was no deck just ground. They did the excavation and the first thing they did wrong was they did not excavate down far enough. From there the whole pan he intended to do could not be done anymore because of the pool being too far up. Since he could not do that he decided to bring in dirt to build up my yard. But i said we cant do that im already getting complaints from neighbors. I said the only way is to build a deck, which i didn't want, but i didn't see any other way around it. Things happened so quickly, starting the deck. decked the entire yard with a composite. They did a really terrible job. It looks bad. My Landscaping guy told the contractor that the end result looks like S*** and you would never have this deck in your home. I kept reaching out sending pictures, he said he would fix it, but he never came back out. I sent a scaling email. The Pool never worked for more than a few days. He would come over whenever he had time, but it would never really get fixed. The back of the pool has a access panel, was splintery and partially painted and hardly closed. The whole thing is just falling apart. He even used a piece of a old dresser to fix the panel. they left scratches and gasps. In the very beginning i sort of had a relationship with the contractor. I liked him and trusted them. I told him, if you can not finish the pool by June 1 DO NO excavate, but that didn't happen. Because of all of his mistakes I had to have a deck. Because i was getting to know him he knew that i was in a car accident and had a lot of test done during this time, he knew that time was of the essence. He still didn't take that into consideration. i called a pool company to Winterize the pool. They said they could not winterize the pool because it was put together incorrectly

Even though he was the designer/salesman, he remained part of the entire process and continued to check-in with us, answer questions, and advocate for us throughout the entire process. He is very personable and a man of his word. Tyler Swavely was our project manager. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. As new pool owners, we relied on Tyler to explain a lot to us throughout the build. He always answered our questions and reassured us that everything was perfect. He never made us feel that any question was too small to answer. Halfway through our build, Tyler trained Brian Akstulewicz to take over as our project Manager. Brian was nothing short of amazing. Our pool was complete in April 2020 but Brian continued to answer phone calls, respond to texts and even facetime with us to help troubleshoot. He was very responsive and 8 months later he is still supporting us and answering our questions. Tom, Tyler, and Brian were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this team and Anthony & Sylvan to anyone thinking about building a pool!
