"From the estimate to the installation Paul and his crew were awesome. My wife and I were very nervous about the preparation we had to perform, curtains down, furniture moved etc. We also expected some drywall and paint damage. We're both older so this was a huge albatross and as such we kept putting it off. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done so I asked Brian Henry if he could come out to review my furniture moving plan to assure we gave them the required space. He came out and was extremely professional, helpful and put us completely at ease. Several weeks later Brad and James were out to install the windows and three days later were done with absolutely zero damage to drywall or paint. And in fact since the bay windows were primed they didn't even need painting although we'll do it anyway. To top it off, they even protected our landscape in front of our widows and all plants survived. Brad and James were polite and meticulous with the installation. They covered everything up inside our house and put down extra thick tarps. They were punctual in starting each day and finishing. They patiently answered all our questions addressing our concerns. And they were complete in 3 days as we were told. Once they were gone, you couldn’t tell they’d even been here. In fact, I looked around and commented to my wife that we’d never spent so much money on something we couldn’t even see. To be clear the windows looked almost identical to those that were removed except for these being brand new. I do expect our electric bill will be reduced and I suspect they will be a good selling point when we move. Finally, the cost was very fair, I had reached out to two other firms and both were substantially higher. The original windows had also been installed by Paul Henry so I was very comfortable even though his costs was lower. Bottom line, we highly recommend Paul Henry Windows."

"This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."

"RRR did a high-end hall bath remodel in Sep 2020 for approximately $24000. Homeowners did the basic design and material selection. RRR suggested construction and material mods, as needed, and ordered all material. Cost was clearly detailed up front, paid on draw, and was met by completion date. All stage work and inspections were completed on schedule, over approximately three weeks. Crew was always on time and worked full days, while Ryan checked in twice a week. All rough-in and finish work was neat and well crafted, including studding, plumbing, electrical, wall and floor tile, and vanity top and basin, and painting. There was some struggle with heavy shower doors assembly and clean install. All punchlist items were complete with no issues. Enjoyed interaction with Ryan and his crew. Very happy with results. From there, they worked with us on picking options of type, color, and shape for our shingles as well as any add ons we may like. Then availability was shared and flexible around our schedule.
