I have been very happy with them, responsible and they have been reliable and fast.

This is the second time I have hired this company. They have been professional and thorough. I plan to hire them again next spring.

They did a wonderful job last spring. They were professional and cleaned up after they were done. I am hiring them again this spring for another cleaning.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. The estimate was very detailed & showed the estimator listened carefully. The office staff were very friendly and responsive with executing the contract. The crew was efficient & thorough. We are very particular and they ensured we were happy with the finished product. It's difficult to find reliable and reasonably priced contractors and Summerland will be our go-to going forward for all gutter, roofing, and siding needs. We will be referring them to all of our friends as well.

Summerland Gutters responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner. During a rain storm, we realized we had an additional concern. They came out again and provided a timely response with a revised estimate. Summerland Gutters on-site staff provided me with information about how and where the gutters were becoming clogged. The paint on the new fascia matched the older fascia boards. They also let me know that the fascia that had to be replaced was made of PVC. They let me know that the flashing and the siding boards were in good shape. I appreciate that they completed the job professionally but also provided me with information about the house that helps me understand what I do and don't need to address at this time.

He is 100% a reliable person. He's done stuff for me for years. My neighbor recommended them. I have used him several times on my different properties.

Excellent, start to finish. I asked for an estimate online and was contacted within a few hours to schedule a visit. They arrived as scheduled the next day and conducted the property check. That day, I received an estimate via email, broken down by options I wished to select (e.g., just a gutter clean; gutter clean plus downspout repair; gutter and downspout replace, same size or larger; gutter screen). Summerland provided the lowest bid of the 3 providers I contacted as well as being the first to respond.) Once agreed, the contract was provided, the work scheduled for the following week and completed in less than 1 day, with the property completely restored. I would definitely use Summerland again.

Terrible experience.

Summerland was prompt in providing a price, performed the work as specified, was easy to communicate with, and appears to have performed quality work (time will tell, since I am not a roofing expert).  
I am completely satisfied with the work performed and the price was very competitive.

Gomez and Claudia were great to work with and the value of the service was incredible.  There was moderate damage from prolonged leakage to several mounting boards, soffit, and a rake board.  Everything was taken care of as part of the installation job.  They even touched up the new soffit that was replaced with paint I had left over that was color matched.  

The end result is my new gutters look great and are a huge upgrade from what was previously installed.  A+ Highly recommended!

Based on previous customer comments on Angie's List I decided to go with this company.
Three employees showed up promptly and began taking down the existing 40 feet of gutter. They inspected the fascia, removed and replaced 20 feet of the fascia board. They re-wrapped the new board in metal. They cleaned the existing gutter of debris, replaced the gutter and installed 40 feet of gutter guard. When they replaced the gutters they provided a better slope to the downspout for better drainage. One day later the heavy rains came and the gutters worked as they should.
The work was completed within 1 1/2 hours and looks great. The owner came about half way through the work and inspected the work completed and also inspected my roof for possible replacement. No hard sell to replace the roof. He indicated some areas that may need some attention in the future. He said the roof was good for at least five more years.
I will definitely keep this company in mind for further work.

The job went well.  I contracted with Corley Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. to install my gutters, downspouts, etc., because I was pleased with their installation of my roof several years ago.  Corley subcontracted the job to Summerland Roofing & Gutters, Inc.  I was very pleased with Summerland's work.  They installed new aluminum gutters, downspouts, Leaf Relief gutter guards, drip edge, and new fascia board, where needed.  They also wrapped all the fascia board with white aluminum and cleaned up the debris from my yard.  The Summerland subcontractor was responsive to my questions and willingly corrected a problem I saw with the installation of a portion of the gutter guards.  Initially, I was apprehensive about the use of the subcontractor because I did not know anything about the company and the quality of its work.  But John Corley assured me his company would stand behind the subcontractor's work and after the job was completed he came to inspect the subcontractor's work at my request.

I got estimates from approximately 8-10 different roofing/gutter companies.  Summerland was by far the cheapest.  The crew showed up around 8AM each morning and stayed until sundown.  They were here approximately 2.5 days replacing the gutters and the fascia and soffit.  The crew were very professional.   THey also did a little extra work above and beyond what was included in the original estimate.  For example. I needed to replace the attic fan.  I asked them if they could do it after I had gotten the price quote for just the gutters, fascia, and soffit.  They installed a fan (provided by me) at no cost.  They also did a little extra odds and ends that escape me now.  They were very accommodating about doing small extras that others would have nickled and dimed me for.  I am very pleased with the job they did and the price they did it at.  They were by far the cheapest of the bunch!

They sent an estimator out the same day, and performed the work the next day to install a new gutter and connect the new gutter to our existing gutters, making one downspout.  Great work, fast, efficient, punctual, and reasonable.  Thanks.
