"Nice and Clean did an excellent job of cleaning our town home. Carlos, the owner, came personally to do an initial assessment and estimate. He was professional and clear in his explanation of his prices, scheduling, pricing/payment, etc. His team showed up on time and were very thorough and efficient. Our house looked great, particularly the bathrooms, which needed some extra work. We are using them for regularly cleanings and the experience so far has been the same. "Our chimney and fireplace had not been used since at least 2018, so we needed someone to check it out prior to using it. They both cleaned the chimney and inspected it for any issues. The issues they did find they brought photos of and explained to us. They were polite and kind and respectful of keeping our home clean while working. We would recommend them to anyone else who needs their chimney worked on or cleaned."
