"The roof was installed well and have had no problems with it thus far. The installation had a few challenges that might be major for someone else. First the good things done: the  roof workers were all very courteous and efficient. They were focused and efficient and the clean up at the end of the job was exception compared with other contractors that I've worked with. The only issue I had with the install was the lack of care taken with re to my landscape plants and the items that I had on my deck. As the workers worked they quite naturally and normally tossed the old shingles etc off of the roof onto the ground. There was not much care observed in this process and so much of my landscaping suffered and I had some fragile things on my back porch that could have suffered greatly if I didn't spot the risk and once and moved some things out of harms way. Even so, things still hit the things I had out back. It would have been better if folks had taken just a little more care of the landscape and if I had been given warning/instruction to clear off my deck. Nothing was harmed and we're at the end of landscape season and I know that the damage will be unnoticed next year when things grow back. The scheduling of the job seemed to take a little longer than promised but I was not in a rush so this was also minor. All in all, I would use them again and I need gutters put on and they are likely the ones  I'll use for that as well so all of these issues were minor and the reason why they get a "B" rating rather than an "A".
