went well. The technician said that he was going to have their sales dept. email me an offer for new gutter guards. As of now, I have not heard from them.

I told Gutter Pros I wanted to be there when they performed their service but they did not let me know when they were coming. I then followed up with emails to find out exactly how much of the gutters were done and they were unable to tell me. I was not given an estimate for the rest of the house as advertised. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the work and I don't even know what was done. Completely unhappy with this service.

The man that came to do the job was very professional and nice; however because their were guards on most of the gutters, he was unable to clean them well. And due to the additional cost to put the guards back on I was not able to have them cleaned properly. I did not understand when I paid the cost that they would not put the guards back on without additional charges.

It went very well. He got to work immediately and cleaned all of our gutters. I was impressed that he also cleaned off the debris that came out of the gutters from our porches, steps, and sidewalks.

I cannot say enough good things about Gutter Pros; suffice it to say I would pay full price for this service. They came in a timely manner, dealing with them prior to the visit was polite, friendly and professional, AND they did a really good job. What more can you ask for? Gutter Pros contacted me within 24 hours of my Angie's List purchase, set up the appointment, and, best of all, I didn't need to be home so there was no juggling schedules to make it work. I have a 2600 sq. ft. ranch with lots of trees on my lot. The gutters were choked with debris from the past two years since I last cleaned them. As a middle aged woman, I had no desire to climb on a ladder to clean gutters again. For the price, it seemed worth the price to try and boy am I glad I did. This is definitely a chore I will hire Gutter Pros to do in the future. If you are looking to hand some of the chores of home ownership over to someone else to do I highly recommend handing over cleaning your gutters to Gutter Pros. Mow the grass, trim the edges, but leave the Gutters to Gutter Pros, you won't regret it.

Had an appointment scheduled with them 12/15/2014 between 8am-10am, and they haven’t shown.

It went well. Provider was here for about an 1-1.5 hours and cleaned all gutters on the house and garage, cleared away the leaves and left everything looking just as good if not better than what it looked when he arrived.

I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!

We saw a display at a festival for gutter covers. the ones way up high on our house scare us to clean so we stopped to look. The man there told us theirs were the best... don't they all say that?? but he seemed very knowledgeable and the little sign that said Angie's list super service award winner helped him convince us we should get a free estimate. He gave us some info to look over and some websites to visit before he came to the house. We like to do our research and it seemed like a very good product. Overall we are very pleased so far with the covers and were very pleased with the way all the people were nice and professional in all of our dealings. I am sure I will come back on here and let you know later how they are working after a while. One of the things that I liked was how the man who put them on took very good care around my landscaping and it was as clean when he left as when he got there.

Appointments were several times rescheduled (rain, etc.). It took 2 trips to complete this little job.

The owner of Gutter Pros of America contacted me to find out what went wrong. He apologized for the error made by a new estimator for his company. He was very forthright and honest and made full restitution to me. I was amazed he was willing to do this as I have never dealt with a company so concerned with their reputation as the owner of Gutter Pros of America. I was so impressed I have decided to give him a gutter job at a rental property I own in Cleveland, Ohio. I would highly recommend Gutter Pros of America to anyone who likes a company that stands behind everything they do!

THEY WERE GREAT! I HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DECIDED TO DO THE HIGH PRESSURE STUFF AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE UNLESS I BOUGHT TODAY. DAN FROM GUTTER PROS CAME OUT MEASURED IT UP AND LET ME KNOW I COULD TAKE AS LONG AS I NEEDED TO MAKE A DECISION. THEIR PRODUCT WAS GREAT TOO. I EXPLAINED I WANTED TO CHECK THEM OUT AND READ REVIEWS ON THEM AND THE PRODUCT. SO I TOOK A FEW DAYS AND GOT BACK TO THEM. LOVED THE INSTALLER, WILL, ALSO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE. WE HAVE HAD PINE NEEDLES CLOGGING THE GUTTERS FOR YEARS, I WAS JUST FED UP. SO, I AM EXCITED TO HAVE THIS DONE. THE OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS OUT WAS LEAF FILTER OR GUTTER HELMET, I DONT REMEMBER. THE GUY WAS NICE ENOUGH BUT WAS GETTING MAD WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO DO RESEARCH. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND CALL THESE GUYS.

The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job. After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied. I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Tony (Gutter Pros of America) is a good rep for this company, as is Mr. Yoder (worker bee). They came over 2x to first clean the gutters I currently have and then look at them for replacement. We had numerous phone calls between us, keeping me in the loop on conditions of my gutters, probability of replacement, and then, finally, the bad news... Their company doesn't carry the type of gutters and how they are attached to the home. Whenever I had to leave a message, it was returned the same day or within 24 hours. They offered to return the $99 from the Angie's Deal, and would also be on the lookout for a company/contact for the type of gutters I need. Mr. Andre Yoder said that in his 20 years in the business he had never seen a gutter set up such as I had. At first, I was frustrated, but because of Tony's persistence in trying to determine the type of gutter I need, as well as the disappointment he expressed at not being able to honor the "deal", add to that his on-going promise to steer me to someone who DOES provide the gutter-style I require, I must say I was quite pleased with the one-on-one experience. They have returned the $99 and I will be depositing it today. So, they were true to their word and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very professional and timely service.

The installers arrived on time and were professional in their work. I had done a lot of research on gutter guard systems and determined that the Gutter Dome was the best solution - stainless steel with a mesh that would not pass debris from the roof or pine needles. They finished fairly quickly and appeared to have done a good job. Upon later closer inspection we found some roofing shingles that were left up and several ends that were not finished. We have a "V" joint where the garage roof meets the main house. We were assured that the Gutter Dome would capture the water flow in this corner without a baffle. That turned out not to be the case, so they returned to add a baffle, finish the ends and lay the shingles flat. Later we found that a light mist or heavy dew would not go through the mesh so we ended up with a constant dripping all around the house. This would not be a problem except that it drips right over the front and rear entrance doors and that moisture freezes in the winter leaving a slick coating of ice. In a heave dew the water collects and runs in rivulets across the surface of the Gutter Dome and over the edge of the gutter. The solution was supposed to be a scrubbing with a detergent such as Simple Green and/or the passage of time. Not so. After over a year it was still dripping. The company is now under new ownership but after an initial miscommunication we had a visit from Will to try to correct the problem. He arrived on time, in fact early enough to observe the dripping. His initial idea was to run a bead of silicone along the surface of the Gutter Dome, but I questioned the longevity of that solution. He ended up installing a 1/4" hand-cut deflector near the edge of the gutter. Unfortunately that didn't help. After a few more calls and discussions with Kieth and Dan, Will came back and replaced a number of sections of the Gutter Dome with the slightly wider mesh Magna. Water from heavy dew and light rain can more easily get through the Magna's surface and that appears to have taken care of the problem. It's almost impossible to tell where one stops and the other begins except for the drips over the edge of the gutter. No pine needles or debris get through either. This dripping was not a problem with our old system (which is no longer available) and we were very disappointed with the way this installation had turned out but impressed with Kieth, Dan & Will's willingness to correct it. In the meantime I've changed their responsiveness and overall rating to A's thanks to their efforts. I will say, however that it took numerous calls and quite a bit of time before they did come back (we are 2 hours away from their location but within their service area), so be persistent. All in all we are happy with the installation and still believe this is the best gutter guard system available. I would not hesitate to use them if we were starting over again.

I called in at first and they were responsive over the phone and we set a appointment Dan came over at exactly 9AM on the appointment date and provided me a estimate (they give a discount to Angie's list customers) Dan was polite and professional and took time to describe the work and materials. I had another company lined up for a different product,they did not show up or even call on the agreed upon visit, they sent me a estimate in the mail, never called and must have visited my house w/o me around. Dan called a few days later to follow up and I went with his proposal. The tech arrived on time for the work, was personable, did a great job and cleaned up. I highly recommend Gutter Pros

Dan White came out within several days of initially contacting Gutter Pros of America (we had to line up my availability with his) and provided an estimate for the whole house (front, back and rear porch) and an individual estimate for just the rear second floor back of the house. He brought a product sample and explained their warranty in detail. What I liked is that if the gutter ever does clog we have the option of getting a full refund where others just offer to come and clean out the gutter. We ended up just going with the rear second floor as the front of the house gutters are easily accessible by ladder - I really just didn't want to climb up to the second story of the rear of the house any more... We scheduled the installation for a few weeks later (again, he could have done it sooner but I wanted to be home during installation). Only minor issue was that I thought the installer (Will) would show up between 8 and 9am and we got concerned when he didn't show by 9 and called the office to insure we didn't have a confusion in the scheduled date. As it turns out Will showed up at 9:20 so no big deal and it may have been my confusion with the scheduler as to the time. In any case, Will got right to work and was done in two hours. We asked him to look for any signs of ants or roof damage in one particular part of the roof as we has ants and interior water leak damage at that spot. Will was great and found one of our roof vent pipes appeared to be the culprit and even took closeup picture of the area and sent it to me. In addition, he took great care not to damage the Japanese Maple tree we had in the back of the house that needed some creative ladder maneuvering to avoid breaking branched. Thank you Will!

Gutter Pros was timely and efficient. The sales manager Keith Murray was very knowledgeable about the product that he was selling and did not go into a hard sales persona when we met. When calling in regards to our project I spoke with Dottie who was always professional, courteous and pleasant and inviting. When Will came and installed the system on our existing house and the new gutters and downspouts on our new detached garage, he was also knowledgeable, professional, courteous and pleasant. The project took one full day. All trash was removed. He left our premises like he found it. We have had heavy rain within days of it being installed and the product has worked as advertised. Their prices are competitive and were in line with other quotes received. We recommend Gutter Pros of America for future work.

Keith Murphy was a pleasure to work with. He was not a pushy salesman; instead he took the time to explain the GutterDome product to me and brought physical samples of his competitors to let me see and feel the difference in quality. I decided that the GutterDome was the best product I saw, and Keith gave me a very competitive price. On the day of the install, I was not present, and an area of gutters (about 15 feet) was missed due to the fact that they were sandwiched in between two sides of the brick house. I called Keith to notify him that a section of the gutters were missed, and within a few days, they came back to make it right. The section of gutters that was missed was a weird and abnormal situation. But Keith worked with his installer, Will, and made the GutterDome product fit the dimensions and abnormal situation at no extra charge even though Keith missed this segment of gutters in his initial estimate. I had quotes from 2 other companies. Not only did I feel like the GutterDome product was the best, the price came in below the rest for the exact same work and linear feet. There is a no clog guarantee and a 20 year transferable warranty that goes with these gutter guards. We have been through a couple heavy thunderstorms since the install, and the gutters have held up well and haven't clogged. Gutter Pros was incredible. The owner, Dan White, was personable and presented samples of difference gutter guard types and explained the advantages and disadvantages of his and the others. There is a money back, no clog guaranty. I was impressed with his knowledge, his professional approach and his down to earth friendliness. The installer arrived right on time and completed the work in record time. His work was neatly completed. He answered all of my "stupid" questions while he was working. Very patient. And the best part is the extra service that he provided. I am a 67 year old woman living alone. While he was on the ladder I twisted my knee and fell to the ground, in the driveway. I was not able to stand because of the pain. The installer quickly descended the ladder, helped me to my feet and into the house. He showed genuine concern for me. I was so thankful that he was there at that particular time, otherwise I would have been on the ground with no help in sight. I thank God that he was there and thank him for his help. I could not recommend this provider more highly. The gutters look great. Thank you Gutter Pros.

Dan White the owner was very professional. He gave me a fair estimate and was on time. The Gutter guards were replaced in 5 hours, nice work. I thought $2862 for the job was not cheap, but I suspect you get what you pay for. Dan seems like he will stand by his work & his gutter guards.

All work was completed successfully and on time. Looking back I feel that they were some what overpriced for the work they completed.
