"Our decks were a problem from the start. We needed to re-surface both front decks and we wanted to use composite decking, but retain the original railing. NVD striped the railing and repainted it all, then they removed the old wood decking and replaced it with Timber Tec. While doing this, they discovered my old deck was NOT square. Danny and his crew did a EXCELLENT job replacing the decking, using a product they were unfamiliar with. While they were doing this, my wife and I wanted to add a "Dog Gate" to the project to keep our dogs on the deck. Danny came up with a custom roll out gate that was made to look like the same as the original railing. Honestly, when it's closed, you can't tell it's there. I think so much of NVD Construction, I had them roof my house the following month . I highly recommend NVD Construction."

"Cleaned gutters on two story colonial and also gutters on addition and two car garage.  Several gutters were badly in need of cleaning/unclogging.  Also, Vince adjusted several downspouts, added support brackets, and repaired a few supports on gutters.  We are very pleased with the work."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. George (Jorge) was exactly on time when he came for the estimate.  He recommended a paint brand that was very nice (Sherwin Williams Cashmere) and carefully documented the areas of work.  His estimate was right in line with what I was expecting.  He set a start date of the 14th. 

A company rep (his son), called the day before to check-in and let me know they would arrive at 7 am.  They were on time, pleasant and professional.  The covered my floors and new carpet an got straight to work.  The house took 2 1/2 days and each day they started exactly at 7 and let me know the plan of the day. They returned a fourth day to paint the deck since it had been raining.

The inside of the house and the deck look brand new!!  They paid attention to detail, filed all nail holes, and always let me know where they were in project.  I could not be happier with the great work they did.  I am very picky, but could only find 2 small areas that needed touch-ups.

The crew also helped me move an old love seat and set-up my new table.  I was so relieved because I had no idea how I was going to do it.  They were so helpful.

This a family company with great employees and I am so happy I found them!!  I would definitely recommend them and hire them again!!!
