Kyle showed up in time and got the work done in time. He was very friendly personable and professional. He explained exactly what he was gonna do and insisted on a walk around verification before he finished. I highly recommend his services. You won’t be disappointed.

He informed on 9/8/25 that he was on the way and he will be there on time. He did. Then he viewed the work areas and started the work. He was very diligent in his work. He did very well. I would highly recommend Kyle Power Washington. Kyle did an amazing job on the full powerwash on my home. Not only did he do the full powerwash, but he also did walkways driveway and patio. I was extremely happy with the finish results. He pricing was reasonable and he was highly professional. Kyle is the a great representation as to why I always use angi when I need a job done around my house. He did such an amazing job, and he takes great pride in his work.

An AMAZING job. Everything was carefully explained to me in detail. My deck had a bunch of stains on it from the trees/berries in my back yard. Power Washington made my deck look brand new! Top to bottom everything got a thorough wash. Not a trace of moss is left. All gone. I would 100 percent recommend their services!

Kyle was great

Kyle at Power Washington was actually pressure washing our neighbor’s house and I asked him when he had a chance if he would mind taking a look at my deck because I’ve been wanting to get it sealed and stained, but it had been 11 years since the deck was built, and it had never been stained or sealed. Originally, I was thinking that some parts of the deck might not even be salvageable. He took a break and came over and looked at the deck and gave me a quote on the spot which I thought was more than fair. We arranged for him to come back to my property the following day and strip the deck. The job took him about five hours and it came out beautiful. He even threw in my wooden barrier wall for no extra charge and was happy to do it. The following day after he stripped the deck, the wood even looked brighter than I’ve ever seen it. I don’t remember the Deck looking as nice as it does now even when I had it built. Highly recommend. Extremely hard worker with extreme attention to detail and you can tell that he’s passionate about what he does. Great guy and I will definitely be using him in the future on a few projects that we actually already discussed.

Unlike other contractors, who used auto-responders during the bid process, Kyle sent a personal message and answered his phone when I called him back. His quote was far below what I was expecting and he stuck to his promise even after a storm rolled in, causing him to add several hours to the job. In addition, tackled several other miscellaneous tasks on the exterior of my home and refused to accept additional compensation. I liked the fact he is a Veteran and, having had similar experiences, we had a lot to talk about. I can’t say enough good things about his personality and demeanor. Kyle was proud of his skills and equipment, and he was happy to explain in detail every step of the treatment to my home’s exterior. I consider Kyle to be the type of person I can call if I have a question about something that may or may not need attention, knowing that he’ll give me an honest assessment if he is able to. I will definitely utilize Power Washington, again, for my home maintenance needs.

Very well. Kyle did a great job. He arrived when it was raining and kept working while rain continued. After job was done, Kyle questioned us if we were happy and made some corrections at the end for the house to look perfect. He then cleaned the driveway although it was not included in the fee we paid for labor. We would definitely hire Kyle again as he is very nice, diligent, professional, and honest.
