I've used Elite for a few years now. While the service wasn't terrible, this last time the came was unacceptable, disgusting and unsanitary. The maids started in one bedroom and got blood on all my new bedding and upholstered headboard. I was home and rather than coming to get me, the proceed to do the same thing in the next 3 bedrooms. Blood on every single piece of bedding and the upholstered headboards. I contacted Elite and they refused to do anything about it. They wouldn't even speak with me on the phone. I got an email saying they won't do anything. I would not recommend a company whose employees would be so unsanitary and a management staff that refuses to work with clients to make a situation right.

I used Elite Cleaning for over 2 years. Initially the quality was satisfactory but the quality gradually diminished over time. My main issue with Elite was their inability to adhere to a schedule. The time we agreed on was between 1 and 2 pm. One week they would arrive at 3 pm and the next week at 11 am. The final straw was when they showed up at 9 am. I was not at home. My husband who is disabled was upstairs. They proceeded to knock and ring the door bell for 10 minutes. My husband finally made it to the door and sent them away. When I returned home I sent an email to the manager and told him we no longer were going to use their services. He apologized profusely and said he would send them back at 1 pm and there would be no charge because of the inconvenience. They never showed up and I never used their services again.

Cleaning varied based on the team, average at best. Cleaned wood floors with water despite being told not to. Broke items, said nothing and left. Management was atrocious, overcharged my account, constantly confused appointment date, poor follow-up to calls.

I've had them come every 3 weeks for a few years. The cleaning quality is excellent; they don't move everything to clean and over time I found they don't dust some shelves, tops of cabinets, and the top of the fridge, but the quality is much better than other companies I've used and I've been very happy with it. Friendly ladies who work hard. They broke the glass in one photo and just left it - I wish they'd left a note - but no major problems. The management is atrocious and the reason I'm looking elsewhere. Poor communication whether by phone, email , or text - often unresponsive and brusque. They are terribly disorganized. Email reminders of arrival time are often wrong - I'm not even sure they tell the team. A few times I asked, at least a week in advance, to change the schedule, and got no response without repeated methods of contact, and then almost always they called the day of the cleaning and say they'd forgotten the key and was someone around to let them in? Today was their normal cleaning day, they scheduled for 10:30, emailed me at 11:15 asking if someone was home to let them in (they have a key); then rescheduled for tomorrow. I'm done.Their billing has been accurate and that's about it.

They were quite good. I'm still using them. We're on a regular basis now--every three weeks.They come out every month. Last week, before Thanksgiving, they came out. They're coming in a couple of weeks again.

They called me approximately two months after the service was performed to say they did not take payment from my cc on file with them. I checked my records there was never a call from Elite Cleaning. They dropped the ball on charging me at time of service. The cleaning portion is great, however they do charge more than other house cleaners in the area comparitively. The customer service part is less than satisfactory.

Unfortunately this provider is not willing to take any accountability for their poor operation. My front desk told me the cleaners showed up and when they were told to walk across to the other building they just left instead of going to get the key. There is nothing wrong with the door to my apartment, the cleaners just did not turn the key the right way.
This company is VERY disorganized. They "don't remember" having conversations with you. They are rude over text. They show up to clean after you have cancelled with them. They have the wrong address when you have updated with your new address. And most of all no matter what it is always the clients fault.
Also, they now owe me a refund but I have not seen it yet.

They were very promt. The manager came first to look at my home and tell me everything they would be able to do. I was late being home for the service but they were very flexable with getting back to me. I loved how he set the table for me and told me everything to expect. I was very satisfied and will be using them again. ~9/28/2016-- Very unhappy with how this company has treated me since the first and second time. They were a no call no show. I find this to be very unprofessional and I will not be using them again.

They were good. They gave their 100% effort. The best part was they were on time. The worst part was the communication of the management of the company. They should get someone to answer the phone when customers call and someone that can speak English.

This cleaning company is overpriced and does an inconsistent job. I would not recommend them at all. The last cleaning job was so terrible I had to hire someone else and they still charged my card. They cleaned my apartment numerous times and caused me more work in the long run including breaking numerous dishes and glasses over a 6 month period. They were also always late.

Terrible. Not only were they late, and had the wrong address, they also left the gas on the stove on. When I got home the whole house smelled like gas..dangerous. On top of all that, I endured rude texts and accusations from the owner via text and I had to spend 30 minutes of my lunch hour de-conflicting their operation. Very unprofessional and a total lack of communication in the last few months. The time before this I cancelled because I was going on vacation. While on vacation I got texts from the owner accusing me of not canceling the appointment even though I talked to him and cancelled. Very very strange.

There was mis-communication from both parties, are ladies were a bit late due to some back up work they had that morning. They arrived at your location, asked front desk if they had your keys there response was no. We than gave you a call to notify you, you tell us to call front desk because you had already called and they said they had it. Our ladies go back to your location, they than had an issue with getting in to you apartment due to some lock on your door, but eventually they got in. They cleaned your apartment but unfortunately our ladies didnt double check the nobs on your stove, in which we really do apologize for that. We have been using Elite Cleaning Services for several months now and are very happy with them. I was looking for a service that would only use fragrance free cleaning products and Elite has been terrific about that. I have never encountered a trace of perfume after they clean. The crew (2 people) do an excellent job. The house is spotless when we come home. Moreover, they always arrive on time, which is important to us because we are retired an need to plan to be out of the house when Elite cleans. Elite gets our highest recommendation.

Went very well. Communication was with Jessica at their home office. Easy to deal with. They arrived at 8:30 and left at around noon for a 3-hour housecleaning. I did not have to tell them very much, they just went straight to work. My house is pretty clean already, but I work 90-hours a week and I cannot get everything. They got areas that I often neglect. I plan to have them back in a few weeks. We are going to be away for quite a bit or else I would have them come out much more often. On a final note, I actually tipped. I have had many housekeepers since 2007 and I cannot remember the last time the work was good enough for me to pay a bit extra for a job well done.

It was okay. They should have more detail in cleaning. They would really need to be specific about what they wanted because the detail wasn't there. They did a good job on things but not the level of detail you might need or want. They were on time.
