"I couldn't be happier with the job LUX Foundation Solutions did to resolve my basement flooding issue. I requested a list of basement repair professional on Home Advisor and LUX Foundation Repair was the first of three to respond to the request. I scheduled an appointment for LUX to give me a quote on what it would take to resolve my basement flooding. Keagan arrived at the scheduled time and I described the flooding issue. It would require replacing the basement stairwell drain, sump pump and connecting pipe. We also discussed putting french drain and a larger pad at the top of the stairs to close a gap between the foundation and stairs that allowed water to channel into the stairwell. Keagan was upfront about how and when the job would be scheduled. I was contacted when the job was initially scheduled and kept informed on any changes as the start date. Adam and Ace arrived the date specified and went right to work. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They were a pleasure to work with. Company told me they'd be back to be sure grass was growing plus I needed more top soil and a cap is missing from sump pump line, but had no repeat visit -- this is my only complaint. The drain held up during/after recent big storm. Berm is deteriorating due to storm and more grass seed was needed before storm. Otherwise, I am very pleased. Company owner and workers were very pleasant. He explained process as work progressed. They're a little expensive, but it was a job well done."

"In 2007, I had the entire basement retrofitted for drainage as I was having some seepage problems in certain areas. Another waterproofing company based in Glen Burnie worked on it, however, when it came to the basement bathroom they didn't replace approximately 11 feet of pipe near the vanity and toilet. Guess what, after 6 years, that area of the bathroom started getting flooded with water every time it rained. It got to a point where I could not tolerate the nuisance that we had to put up with and tried calling the original company but they were out of business and I was left with no option but to hire another company to do the 11' of pipeline. Ameri-Dry staff came over and discussed with me the different options and we agreed upon a price. Mike and his staff worked very well in the more efficient manner on the day of the repairs. They completed the work well and on-time. It has been over two months and we have not had the recurring problem with flooding of our basement bathroom anymore.
