I requested a list of basement repair professional on Home Advisor and LUX Foundation Repair was the first of three to respond to the request. I scheduled an appointment for LUX to give me a quote on what it would take to resolve my basement flooding. Keagan arrived at the scheduled time and I described the flooding issue. It would require replacing the basement stairwell drain, sump pump and connecting pipe. We also discussed putting french drain and a larger pad at the top of the stairs to close a gap between the foundation and stairs that allowed water to channel into the stairwell. Keagan was upfront about how and when the job would be scheduled. I was contacted when the job was initially scheduled and kept informed on any changes as the start date. Unfortunately, the team that came out could not lay the cover under the main part of the house. Now we will have to reschedule. Everyone was really nice, even the sales rep. Just would like to have been informed that there was debris that needed to be moved so the job could be completed."
