Best basement remodelers near Middletown, VA

"We had a great experience with the Lux Renovations and Owens Corning team. The whole process was very easy from designing the space, selecting colors, and having a contract manager who organized the entire basement remodel including all the trades and inspections. We were sold on the Owens Corning materials for the basement and that they were engineered specifically for a basement space. Would highly recommend this team for your basement remodel needs."

"We had the best experience with American Home Pride. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and above all exceed our expectation on all the work they performed. We are remodeling our home and initially hired them for drywall and painting. Their work was excellent and we needed our flooring installed so we had them install our flooring through the house as well. It was done perfectly and it looks beautiful. They went above and beyond and were extremely affordable. Brad and Romero were very detailed and worked to make it perfect. The customer service was great as well - Jim was always checking to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed and would have any modifications done if we needed them. In addition, they performed all work on schedule. I am very satisfied and will use them again for upcoming remodeling work. I would highly recommend them for any size job."

"I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. Jonathan also went above and beyond to accommodate my change orders along the way, and turned out very nicely. Above all, their pricing was very reasonable and more competitive than most quotes I got. I want to say thank you to Jonathan and the team and wish Best Homes LLC continued success!!!"

"They were outstanding in craftsmanship, timeliness, quality, safety, and inguinuity. Their ability to communicate and keep us advised was the best of any contractor that we have ever seen. Their pricing is good and better than most. The father and son work as a team. They always move with a purpose and worked thru some very cold and bad days when others pull back. We developed so much confidence in them thar we're moving forward on two additional projects as soon as they have an opening next month."

"Switchback Building was great! They did an amazing job on our basement!"

"Gerry is very professional. He showed up on time, did quality work and was finished by the time he told me that he would be done. He has also done two bathroom remodels for me and is always understanding of our budget and time limitations."

"Another amazing project completed by Zelaya’s General Contractor. I am beyond happy with the project."

"Unfortunately we found asbestos containing floor tiles under a laminent floor in our house.  We made the decision to have the material abated and conduct a kitchen remodel (new cabinents) at the same time.  There are not many options in the area when it comes to asbestos abatement contractors and even fewer who will provide both abatement and renovation services.  We quickly decided to go with Contractors Unlimited because they offered both services and Bill was responsive, knowledgable and very personable - and we were not disapointed.  Bill and his crew performed an excellent job, ontime, close to the originial estimate price (we expanded the scope slightly), and at a more than reasonable cost.  Bill and his crew kept us in the loop as the demolition/abatement progressed, calling us throughout the day.  After the work was competed he kept in touch as we worked to schedule our replacement kitchen and worked with us to accomodate our tight deadlines.  As the new cabinets were installed, Bill and Dwayne oversaw the installation, insured that the floors weren't damaged and paid attention to the little details with respect to craftsmanship.
We would highly recommend Contractors Unlimited and will definitely consider them in the future for any renovation needs!
