Our service protects your home against wet basements, water leaks, flooding, water seepage, foundation leaking, and wall seepage. We have been doing subcontract grading and drainage work for many years. We have completed many waterproofing contracts for residents of Fairfax County, including: Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, McLean, Great Falls, Potomac, and Vienna, Virginia (VA). We are now offering to work directly for clients, passing the savings on to the homeowners. It is our belief that water problems are best solved from the outside before water gets into your home.

"My basement had mold and evidence of water damage in July/August, and I was referred to Exterior Waterproofing Experts. The majority of the mold was on the side of my house, but the salesperson made a strong pitch about the need to waterproof the front of my home by digging up the garden down to the foundation. My wife was largely convinced, so we went ahead with the $8000 project. Six months later, the insulation behind the waterproofed front of the house is sopping wet. When the salesperson came back to my home to take a look, his explanation was that the water probably came up through the floor. His words were along the lines of "99% of the time the water comes up through the front." At this point, I feel like I have an expensive solution to a problem I didn't really have."

He did a top rate job and I would not hesitate to use his services again."

"My wife and I reached out to several waterproofing/foundation repair companies and ultimately went with Deska as Dave, the on-site estimator, was the most knowledgeable, honest, and efficient when assessing our basement’s water damage. We were NOT disappointed with the quality of work. Ronald and Andy showed up on time the morning of the project after giving a heads up call ~30 minutes out. They introduced themselves and explained the project scope confirming everything Dave had itemized on the project invoice before starting any work. I poked my head in the backyard a couple of times throughout the day to see if either of them needed anything, and Ronald always took a break to explain how the work was going. He took progress pictures and answered the exhaustive questions I threw his way as this was the first waterproofing project for me. The second/last day of the project prior to finishing up, Ronald and Andy gave my wife and I an overview of everything they had done and even insisted on returning the paver stones back to their original positions since we had those dug out when calling various contractors over for their estimates. A nice little personable touch! Thank you Dave and especially Ronald and Andy for your exceptional work and professionalism during the two days.
