First class experience dealing with Sheila, she took a personal interest in not only the job, but me as a customer. She kept me updated on the situation and progress. Most importantly, the job was done on time and on budget. Her crew were professional and left the project in excellent condition, meaning they took time and care to cleanup the area, you couldn’t tell they were here.

Sheila responded quickly and her crew was able to complete the work in two days. They did a great job replacing the door and I will definitely use them again for any projects.

Sheila is the perfect example of what you want from a professional contractor! She communicates frequently with you and her team and made daily checkups on the project to establish timelines, doublecheck quality, make sure measurements and changes are done properly and to communicate with her employees. They worked hard and consistently took time to prep area and protect our home from any controllable debris at all times. They are very polite and helpful and the end result is better than our original shower. We are very satisfied with the job and highly recommend Sheila’s company!!

I really liked Sheila’s consistent communication with the crew’s arrival time and project timeline. Any issues were resolved promptly and our primary bathroom…from builder grade to beautiful…was completed in a timely manner. I’m impressed with the quality of the work that was done and absolutely love how our bathroom turned out!

They communicated regularly and were meticulous in their work. The workmanship was also very good.

From start to finish Sheila communicated regularly and set expectations, down to what time the crew was showing up each day. People would come by and double check each others work. Any minor changes we asked for were handled. Price was fair and inspections were passed first time every time. This was a large custom deck, and we were not in a rush as it is the late fall. And all the crew members that came were friendly too. I highly recommend them if you have need of their services.

Sheila is a great PM! Always accessible and quick to return to the site to assess any issues. Her lead carpenter was very friendly, respectful of our home, professional and a craftsman. We asked for something a bit different that he and the PM were able to think through, develop a plan and put it in place. It came out better than we might have expected. Yes, weâ d use them again.

We hired Konecke Construction originally to redo a primary upstairs bathroom, replacing shower and floor tile, cabinet, toilet and tub. Demolition was fast and the crew did a great job keeping the area clean. Sheila was attentive to our needs, listen to our concerns, and provided good advice to help meet our overall goals. Enrique, Sheila's hands-on technical point man, provided very good technical solutions and alternatives when presented with technical issues that conflicted with our original plans. One that stands out was designing a shower "niche" when the wall structure had barriers we did not expect. And Daniel did a superb job with carefully laying the tile and in-laid design. The crew worked within our schedule, and were organized, polite, and courteous. Sheila kept in contact throughout the entire process. I was also impressed with the way she interacted with her team to ensure that they worked safely and could provide the best for the clients. We are very satisfied with the outcome, the time to complete and the overall reasonable price. After the bathroom, we immediately hired them to resolve some door issues, and help us save time by painting our living room and hallways, and staining our townhouse stairs. All in all, a good work experience and we would hire them again.
