Bashir and Noorullah were a pleasure to work with. They were very detailed, providing a full set of plans to have a load-bearing wall removed in my home. Bashir was attentive and he and Noorullah answered all my questions. They provided detailed plans and they've been continuing to provide me counseling and advice as my project moves forward. Excellent service. They called me immediately. They arrived on time gave me an estimate and had tool in the car to cut the ceiling and evaluate the framing on the same day. In a day or so sent a 6 page report including pictures and the drawings required to get the permit from the city to complete the framing. They made themselves available so my contractor could ask questions if needed. They didnâ t waste time with multiple trips. One other company wanted to charge me $350 to come out then for an additional charge they would have to come back to cut the ceiling to do a complete evaluation. I donâ t have time to keep taking off work So I didnâ t use them.

Bashir and Noorullah developed a plan for us to repair water-damaged framing in our bathroom, including repairs to open web floor trusses. They were very responsive and thorough, and even told us about an issue they spotted in the attic with a roof truss that wasn’t repaired properly. They also took a follow-up call with us to answer questions. Overall, they’re great to work with; definitely call them if you need an engineer.

I would recommend to my friends and will use them in the future project. They worked closing to me and able to minimize the materials to meet county Code to save customer budget. Fast response when you contact them. Friendly and understand what exactly customer request. They will provide a high level mock up drawings to make sure customers understand the virtual outcome before finalize the drawings. Where there is a question, they are able to take time to answer your questions. Best customer service.
