"Manor works recently stained the exterior of my house, in addition to some minor wood rot repair and replacement. Alfredo and his crew took the utmost care in every detail of their work, going above and beyond expectation. For example, my house is 38 yrs old, and has been stained many times before and after we purchased it. Never in those 38 yrs has it ever been stained underneath the gutter downspouts. It is now! They took great care of protecting all the windows/doors/stone foundation/light fixtures from paint overspray. "Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"The crew was very professional. My complaint is with the quality of the paint. Less than six months after the job, the paint scratches off the cabinets. I think they should have sanded cabinets instead of simply painting over existing oil, grease, and lacquer."

"Had them come to do some interior painting for our home. Did get an estimate from another company and Pint the DMV was less by a significant margin. Unfortunately the week of our appointment there was heavy rain in the area which caused our project start date to move back 3 days however Steve let me know early in the week and I was able to accomodate without any issues. On the day of the project, they arrived on time. Their prepwork was perfect, no extra pain on the carpet or trim. We had them paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room (walls only) before we moved into a new home. End results looked great! They were even able to patch up a hole in the wall were the previous owners and run cables through. All in all, the wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I anticipate calling them in spring for some more work (likely exterior/deck staining) and maybe another bedroom. Thank you."
