"Had them come to do some interior painting for our home. Did get an estimate from another company and Pint the DMV was less by a significant margin. Unfortunately the week of our appointment there was heavy rain in the area which caused our project start date to move back 3 days however Steve let me know early in the week and I was able to accomodate without any issues. On the day of the project, they arrived on time. Their prepwork was perfect, no extra pain on the carpet or trim. We had them paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room (walls only) before we moved into a new home. End results looked great! They were even able to patch up a hole in the wall were the previous owners and run cables through. All in all, the wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I anticipate calling them in spring for some more work (likely exterior/deck staining) and maybe another bedroom. Thank you."

"The Home Equity Contractors did an amazing job! We bought a house built in 1962 that had the original hardwood flooring and some pretty terrible vinyl flooring. Before starting the job, Bob's flooring team was very patient with us and so helpful as we picked out the new stain and flooring. They were very responsive to emails and easily reachable via phone. Trust me, I asked a lot of questions and they answered them all and kept us updated on progress. The team doing the work was fantastic, they were professional and efficient. We also needed some remodeling and worked with Elmer's team. We were widening an entryway and I wasn't sure how to handle the light switches that needed to be relocated. Elmer explained the options and gave valuable advice. He was very flexible with his schedule and accommodating to our tight schedule. After the team started work, I asked them to help by updating all of the electrical outlets and add outlets to the bathrooms. They quickly provided an estimate and completed the additional work. "Juan was available within a few days of calling to meet me at the residence to go over the scope of work needed. This included removing and replacing rotted soffit and fascia board, power washing, prep, and painting of entire exterior of wood siding and replaced woodwork. Was very reasonably priced and started the work within a couple of days. Additional scope of work was added due to unexpected wood rot but Juan was also reasonable with additional costs. We also agreed to add new gutter & downspouts. The quality of work throughout was outstanding. Since I didn't live there, Juan would periodically text me photos of the work as it progressed. Finished the work within a few weeks as discussed and very pleased with the job."

"The Mackays arrived early, which they apologized for but was perfectly fine with me!  The maintenance package was an Angie's List deal.  Ben spoke with me inside while his brother and the rest of the crew were up on the roof.  Ben was very informative and helpful explaining what they were going to do up there, and about a longer term roof solution that I'd inquired about.  They gave me a lot of information without pushing any upsell services or sales pitches on me.  I appreciated that they are a multi-generational family business, with multiple family members on the job site.
