I also had my front door stained which did not come out to my satisfaction the first time and I showed Wilber a picture of the door and he came back and re-sanded the door and re-stained it. "Mr. Mendez was very professional. He gave me a detailed quote, always came to meet me when he said he would, he and his team were great, the job was finished quickly, and the house looks fantastic. We have already asked him to give us a quote for interior painting, I would highly recommend him. We live in Arlington, our front porch and back deck railing was rotting, a good deal of trim was also rotting in various places around the house (windows, doors, pillars all had pieces that needed replacing), paint was peeling, and there was some brick work that needed some repairs. He and his guys power washed the house, cleaned the gutters, scraped, painted, replaced trim, completely rebuilt deck railings, rewrapped pillars/posts, and painted the brick, rails, and trim. Very well done and reasonably priced."

"The owner came for a free estimate and explained all that would be done. He was very personable and down-to-earth;  his demeaner was sincere . He did not require any down payment for the work. He contacted the company who initially stained my deck to find out the exact products and stain color that was used since it was important to me that the same color be used.  I don't think any other company would have done that; they would have made the owner do it. I was impressed!  I asked for references of previous work he had done and I was sent 4 names, email addresses and phone numbers of previous clients and their  responses were all excellent. The workers came the day they said they would and performed all of the job as scheduled.   I found some areas where the stain had not taken as well and they returned right away to resolve the problem to my satisfaction before any payment was accepted. The owner also stopped by afterwards to observe the work done and make sure it was satisfactory.

"Had them come to do some interior painting for our home. Did get an estimate from another company and Pint the DMV was less by a significant margin. Unfortunately the week of our appointment there was heavy rain in the area which caused our project start date to move back 3 days however Steve let me know early in the week and I was able to accomodate without any issues. On the day of the project, they arrived on time. Their prepwork was perfect, no extra pain on the carpet or trim. We had them paint 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living, and family room (walls only) before we moved into a new home. End results looked great! They were even able to patch up a hole in the wall were the previous owners and run cables through. All in all, the wife and I were extremely happy with the end result. I anticipate calling them in spring for some more work (likely exterior/deck staining) and maybe another bedroom. Thank you."
