"Company owner Mario came promptly (within two days of our call) to do an estimate; we walked around the house together discussing the specifics of what was to be done. Mario volunteered certain services and ideas as options; he provided an estimate on the spot, which we accepted a day or two later. Work was scheduled about a week later. A crew of four, headed by William, arrived punctually and set right to work. The job took about two and a half days. A paint job nowadays is far more than paint. That was especially true in our case, where only about 1/4 of the front of the house, plus some exterior window trim and doors, is painted surface. It's practically like getting a whole new house - the crew power washed the entire house, as well as the driveway, front sidewalk, and deck; cleaned the outside of the gutters where that black soot collects; washed exterior windows; re-caulked doors, windows, and siding where needed; and of course - painted the parts that needed paint. The crew worked efficiently, showed up on time each day. We were impressed with their attention to detail, for example, the steel lintels above the windows were thoroughly scraped, brushed and painted; and one small section of damaged window frame was repaired. I should add that after the work was finished, we found one small problem; we called and they sent William back that Saturday to deal with it. He truly went "above and beyond" to do so. We had used Solution before, for a large part of the interior of the house, and would gladly call on them again."

"Manor Work Painting (Alfredo, Rosario, and Milton) did a great job of mudding, sanding, and painting our garage and sealing our deck. They were able to come a day earlier than scheduled, worked long days, and cleaned up nicely after finishing the job. "Everything went better than could ever have been expected. Ray Gibbs himself was on the job to supervise especially in the beginning and in the end but also several times before his crew had finished.  He was involved in all aspects on the job.  His crew was excellent, they always arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. they were professional and pleasant to work with.  I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.  I could not be happier with the paint job.  We had several highly rated painters from Angie's list give us estimates.  Gibbs painting was at the lower end and was recommended to me by my decorator. I will use them again once I have the energy to continue painting the upstairs.
The piece de resistance however are the built-in shelves. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the unit.  It was designed by my decorator, however the real test was putting the simple picture with minimal direction  into a usable unit  The craftsmanship  is top notch and the unit itself makes a WOW statement. I just need the energy now to fill the shelves with artwork and books. Most importantly, Ray Gibbs was flexible and put up with several changes that I made as we went through this process, graciously. his croup worked up until Christmas Eve and Ray himself came back the day after Christmas to install the TV brackets.

"Rogelio Rodas and his team are extremely punctual, professional and meticulous about their work. I hired them to pressure wash my townhome (corner unit) and the deck. They then sanded and stained the deck, replaced all of rotted wood trim and parts of the wood garage door, and painted all exterior trim (including windows) and the front door. The house looks great and I’ve received many compliments from neighbors. I will definitely rehire Rogelio and his team."

Mr. Davis personally came to provide us with an estimate and made several recommendations that saved us money, but did not cause any decrease in quality. He provided us with a color chart to select a stain. We are so glad we changed from the "traditional" redwood stain. His workers arrived on time, moved our deck furniture and did the work requested. I was amazed with the attention they paid to detail. We are very pleased with our deck and have received complements from neighbors about it. The most important part of the job involved replacing 2 rotted supports for our porch. This too was done carefully and correctly. We would definitely recommend the company and will hire again."

"Very messy painters, seemed like someone who was taken off the street to paint. Paint splatters on floors. Painted deck, do not believe they used the amount of the pre paint solution I had bought and did not do two coats, I bought 2 gallons of deck paint from sherwin williams and they didnt even use one whole gallon, did not paint one of the deck post that was in the ground. Paint didnt even last through one summer, told owner and said he would be back in late spring (2016) to remain the deck, never saw them again."

"It took a couple of days to complete because there were a lot of cabinet doors and drawers and the winter weather was not cooperating, but they were able to complete the job and it looks great. The finish came out very well, my guests were surprised when I told them it was spray painted, it looks like a factory finish.
