They arrived when they said they would in the afternoon to prep the area and arrived 1/2 early on the morning of the pour. They worked swiftly, and carefully and all of the work was completed in one day as they said it would be. I would certainly recommend them for any concrete and masonry work and would hire them again for any future work needed."

"They did a difficult job well. They replaced our old patio with new pavers, expanding it to come to both sets of steps on our deck. They installed new French drains and dried creek bed, going around or under previous drains. They extended the drains from the roof to join the drain to the road. They poisoned and removed invasive plants. Due to the lateness of the year, it is a little too early to see how well the new French drain will work longer term or removal of invasive plants, but it's good so far and it looks good! The price was good and they worked hard and quickly."

"John and his team replaced our back brick stairs that were falling apart. They were able to create a new set of stairs that matched our old pavers much better than the previous stairs. They were able to re-grade/level our patio so that it now sits flat. The grading before prevented us from being able to sit our table flat without wobbling. Lastly they provided a new walkway into our backyard. We love the new look and functionality."

Cost was very reasonable, he was able to have a crew onsite the next day. The crew arrived on time, went over the scope of work to ensure we were in agreement. They removed the 18 year old wood deck, graded and leveled the area for the patio. Built the framing, filled with gravel and rebar, ensuring everything was level. On the 2nd day they did the concrete work and stamping. The 3rd day they power washed and sealed the patio. Cleaned up the yard before leaving. An amazing improvement over the old wood deck. Robert and the crew were easy to work with and great communication. I am beyond pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Robert Construction for any concrete work. Everyone was polite, professional and hard working."

(Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.)
