They arrived when they said they would in the afternoon to prep the area and arrived 1/2 early on the morning of the pour. They worked swiftly, and carefully and all of the work was completed in one day as they said it would be. I would certainly recommend them for any concrete and masonry work and would hire them again for any future work needed."

They were able to re-grade/level our patio so that it now sits flat. The grading before prevented us from being able to sit our table flat without wobbling. They removed the 18 year old wood deck, graded and leveled the area for the patio. Built the framing, filled with gravel and rebar, ensuring everything was level. On the 2nd day they did the concrete work and stamping. The 3rd day they power washed and sealed the patio. Cleaned up the yard before leaving. An amazing improvement over the old wood deck. (Some businesses use Home Depot supplies and charge you $$$$ but Balteza Property Services was reasonable AND they special ordered a top quality stain.)
