"They charged $155 for a lock that retailed on line for $53. Then charged $263 for labor to install which only took 15 minutes. The work was fine but they are WAY overpriced. Would not use them again."

He even called to see if he could come over early to replace the window. He has all the tools necessary to do the job quickly and efficiently making sure to be careful with our car. He replaced the window and vacuumed up all the glass in the car and on the ground around the car. He was done in well under an hour. Excellent service!"

We offer free car lockout service when a child or a pet is locked inside. We provide 2 free duplicate keys for normal scheduled services such as house re-keying or lock replacements. Free security counciling when on site providing scheduled and or emergency services.

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
