NU-PRO MOBILE AUTO GLASS

We called Nu-Pro late Friday afternoon. Tyrone took our information and made the appointment for noon on Saturday. Tyrone was very friendly and professional. He even called to see if he could come over early to replace the window. He has all the tools necessary to do the job quickly and efficiently making sure to be careful with our car. He replaced the window and vacuumed up all the glass in the car and on the ground around the car. He was done in well under an hour. Excellent service!

Better priced than dealer and he had it in stock (unlike dealer!).  Quick fix right in my driveway.   I waited 3 months to write this review to make sure there were no issues and I couldn't be happier.  Tyrone is great and even offered to help me install an unrelated trim issue on my other car. If a rock ever hits my windshield again... Nu Pro glass will be my first and only call.

Tyrone provided great service -- before, during, and after -- job. Although he did not give us the lowest quote, he was competitive and, more importantly, flexible with providing a date when he could quickly come to replace the front windshield on our Mazda5. On the day of our appointment, he called ahead to tell us exactly when he would be arriving at our home. When he arrived, he worked very efficiently. When we later found out there was a problem with the rain-sensor (not functioning with windshield), Tyrone did not hesitate to come back to fix the problem with the wiring.

Talked to Mr. Pruit personally.  He scheduled the appointment for the next day.  He arrived within the  2 hour time frame.  Job took less than an hour.  He was very careful not to leave any broken glass behind which I very much appreciated.   He was very professional and customer friendly!

Everything went perfect from the time I placed my call to the finished product. Tyrone was very professional, and worked around my schedule, and showed up on time. Nu Pro will always have my business for any mobile glass issues.

They were there within forty five minutes of me calling and brought the glass I needed. They worked around my parking in the parking garage. The man even transferred all my stickers from my old windshield to my new one. It was a great experience. They even called to explain they were in the garage. They were wonderful and I would definitely use their service again.

He was very professional, helpful, and explained the difference between windshield brands. I truly believe his prices were most reasonable and his service was superior.

Tyrone came out on time, and replaced my vehicle window. There was an unusual wind sound coming from the window and Tyrone promptly came back out and made the corrections without hesitation. Not only was the work solid, but the stand behind it - and that means a lot.

My car was broken into with a rock on Friday night, and I looked up Nu-Pro that evening. I called and left a message at about 9PM, way after business hours, and promptly received a call back in the morning (before 9AM). I spoke with the rep (who would also be doing the service), and he gave me a two hour time frame the SAME DAY that he could be there to replace my window. I was astounded at the speed of response and professionalism. I wasn't there when the work was actually performed but my wife was very satisfied with how kind the tech was and his thoroughness at cleaning up the broken glass from our back seat. The window functions perfectly and you could never tell that the window was broken.

The windshield on our Chevy pickup truck had developed a crack during a road trip. Based on Angie's List reviews I called NuPro to arrange for a replacement. Tyrone quoted a price which I accepted. Shawn called a couple of hours later to advise that they were on the way and would arrive in about 40 minutes. The entire job took less than an hour and I was very pleased with the work. The replacement glass was not OEM and I did not request OEM glass.

My only concern was how the payment was handled. The credit card number was handwritten on the work ticket and I don't think that that practice is in compliance with PCI guidelines. Either the field crews should have portable card readers or Tyrone should collect the payment information over the phone.

They cleaned up the broken glass inside the car and put a new piece of glass. Their service was great. They were really prompt. They came to my house within 2 hours, replaced the window, cleaned up everything, and made sure that the window was working before they left. It was of a great experience.

The company was great. My car window was broken overnight, and Tyrone came out the same day I called to replace it for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and clearly had a lot of experience. It was also convenient because he came to home, and he arrived in the time period he said he would. I would use this company again.

I could not be happier. Tyrone answered the phone and worked with me to find a time, that very day, that worked with my schedule. He arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed the window. It works perfectly. He even cleaned up all the glass that was all over the car. I couldn't be happier. This was one of those stressful events that you think is going to ruin your week while you figure out where to take the car and how to get around while the car is being fixed. Tyrone and Nu-Pro took all that away. Simply, wow.

Went very well. Nu Pro replaced my windshield at my home. They were on time and even replaced while it was raining. I was given very good instructions on the do's and don'ts for a period of time. Very professional.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He also went over everything he was going to do. He took his time and even though it looked like it might rain, he assured me it'd be fine. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained to me what to do afterwards (in terms of washing the car, etc). He also gave me a coupon to use for next time.

Nu-Pro arrived when agreed, accomodating my schedule later on a Saturday afternoon. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He focused on the job and completed it promptly. He also installed new window wipers that I had previously purchased and transfered my ez-pass stickers to the new front window. I am very pleased with the work and would hire Nu-Pro again without question.

Nu-Pro Mobile Auto Glass came to my house on time. He removed my windshield because it had developed a large crack and installed the new glass. He cleaned all the debris off the dashboard. The car ended up cleaner than I usually keep it. The price was very reasonably as well.
