NU-PRO MOBILE AUTO GLASS

We called Nu-Pro late Friday afternoon. Tyrone took our information and made the appointment for noon on Saturday. Tyrone was very friendly and professional. He even called to see if he could come over early to replace the window. He has all the tools necessary to do the job quickly and efficiently making sure to be careful with our car. He replaced the window and vacuumed up all the glass in the car and on the ground around the car. He was done in well under an hour. Excellent service!

Better priced than dealer and he had it in stock (unlike dealer!). Quick fix right in my driveway. I waited 3 months to write this review to make sure there were no issues and I couldn't be happier. Tyrone is great and even offered to help me install an unrelated trim issue on my other car. If a rock ever hits my windshield again... Nu Pro glass will be my first and only call.

Tyrone provided great service -- before, during, and after -- job. Although he did not give us the lowest quote, he was competitive and, more importantly, flexible with providing a date when he could quickly come to replace the front windshield on our Mazda5. On the day of our appointment, he called ahead to tell us exactly when he would be arriving at our home. When he arrived, he worked very efficiently. When we later found out there was a problem with the rain-sensor (not functioning with windshield), Tyrone did not hesitate to come back to fix the problem with the wiring.

Talked to Mr. Pruit personally. He scheduled the appointment for the next day. He arrived within the 2 hour time frame. Job took less than an hour. He was very careful not to leave any broken glass behind which I very much appreciated. He was very professional and customer friendly!

Tyronnne was extremely courteous and professional throughout my experience. I called NuPro to replace the cracked windshield on our brand new car. As it was only 2 weeks old at the time, we were not yet familiar with all of the features of the car that would determine which specific windshield we needed. I had called Toyota, but they gave me wrong information. When Tyronne arrived today and removed our old windshield, he discovered the car had heated wipers (Toyota said it did not) and would require a different windshield than the one I had initially told him we needed. He could have used the part he had on hand, hoping we wouldn't ever know the difference--and we may not have--in order to get the job done and get on with his day. Instead he tracked down the correct part, taped our old windshield back into place, warned me to move the car under cover if it looked like rain, and said he'd be back to finish the job himself the next day. Since the windshield with the heating element was considerably more expensive, I felt it prudent to call a few other places again to check prices on the different part. I was able to find a mobile service further out in VA (also through Angie's list) who was able to give me a much better price on the correct windshield. Tyronne called me back just after I got off the phone with the VA place to confirm our time for him to come back the next day. When I told him about the quote I had gotten from the VA company, he said to TAKE IT. There was no way he could match it, so he didn't have a problem with me going with them. Tyronne's graciousness and understanding after he had come all the way to my house and removed the old windshield were unexpected but greatly appreciated. If the price difference had been nominal, I would have stuck with Tyronne due to his level of professionalism and the respect he gave me. I will definitely be checking with Nu-Pro if we need any help with auto glass service in the future.

He did a great job and gave us tips on how to maintain the windshield - He came to the house and did it right there.

Everything went perfect from the time I placed my call to the finished product. Tyrone was very professional, and worked around my schedule, and showed up on time. Nu Pro will always have my business for any mobile glass issues.

They were there within forty five minutes of me calling and brought the glass I needed. They worked around my parking in the parking garage. The man even transferred all my stickers from my old windshield to my new one. It was a great experience. They even called to explain they were in the garage. They were wonderful and I would definitely use their service again.

Tyrone came out on time, and replaced my vehicle window. There was an unusual wind sound coming from the window and Tyrone promptly came back out and made the corrections without hesitation. Not only was the work solid, but the stand behind it - and that means a lot.

My car was broken into with a rock on Friday night, and I looked up Nu-Pro that evening. I called and left a message at about 9PM, way after business hours, and promptly received a call back in the morning (before 9AM). I spoke with the rep (who would also be doing the service), and he gave me a two hour time frame the SAME DAY that he could be there to replace my window. I was astounded at the speed of response and professionalism. I wasn't there when the work was actually performed but my wife was very satisfied with how kind the tech was and his thoroughness at cleaning up the broken glass from our back seat. The window functions perfectly and you could never tell that the window was broken.

The windshield on our Chevy pickup truck had developed a crack during a road trip. Based on Angie's List reviews I called NuPro to arrange for a replacement. Tyrone quoted a price which I accepted. Shawn called a couple of hours later to advise that they were on the way and would arrive in about 40 minutes. The entire job took less than an hour and I was very pleased with the work. The replacement glass was not OEM and I did not request OEM glass. My only concern was how the payment was handled. The credit card number was handwritten on the work ticket and I don't think that that practice is in compliance with PCI guidelines. Either the field crews should have portable card readers or Tyrone should collect the payment information over the phone.

They cleaned up the broken glass inside the car and put a new piece of glass. Their service was great. They were really prompt. They came to my house within 2 hours, replaced the window, cleaned up everything, and made sure that the window was working before they left. It was of a great experience.

The company was great. My car window was broken overnight, and Tyrone came out the same day I called to replace it for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and clearly had a lot of experience. It was also convenient because he came to home, and he arrived in the time period he said he would. I would use this company again.

I could not be happier. Tyrone answered the phone and worked with me to find a time, that very day, that worked with my schedule. He arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He fixed the window. It works perfectly. He even cleaned up all the glass that was all over the car. I couldn't be happier. This was one of those stressful events that you think is going to ruin your week while you figure out where to take the car and how to get around while the car is being fixed. Tyrone and Nu-Pro took all that away. Simply, wow.

Went very well. Nu Pro replaced my windshield at my home. They were on time and even replaced while it was raining. I was given very good instructions on the do's and don'ts for a period of time. Very professional.

The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and explained to me everything that needed to be done. He also went over everything he was going to do. He took his time and even though it looked like it might rain, he assured me it'd be fine. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained to me what to do afterwards (in terms of washing the car, etc). He also gave me a coupon to use for next time.

Nu-Pro arrived when agreed, accomodating my schedule later on a Saturday afternoon. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He focused on the job and completed it promptly. He also installed new window wipers that I had previously purchased and transfered my ez-pass stickers to the new front window. I am very pleased with the work and would hire Nu-Pro again without question.

Nu-Pro Mobile Auto Glass came to my house on time. He removed my windshield because it had developed a large crack and installed the new glass. He cleaned all the debris off the dashboard. The car ended up cleaner than I usually keep it. The price was very reasonably as well.

One morning a large rock fell off a truck carrying an excavator and it smashed a large portion of my windshield. I used Angie's List to find three local auto glass installers and requested quotes (on-line). Nu-Pro responded very quickly and had the lowest quote. I set up an appointment for the next day (they actually could have done it that very day, but I needed it to be the next day). They gave me a two hour time-window. The next day, the installer (Sean) called me within that time frame to let me he was 15 minutes away. The installer was very professional, did the work in less than 45 minutes, and the cost was exactly as quoted. Usually anything having to do with car repair is an aggravation, but this was a breeze. Based on my experience I would recommend Nu Pro.

It was a pleasure to deal with these folks. Tyrone , the owner, promptly returned my e-mail requesting a quote, and Shawn, his colleague came to our house promptly and replaced my front windshield beautifully and quickly. (Note: I had neglected to tell Tyrone that I had a heated windshield and he based his price on an unheated one. When we discovered my mistake, he said he would stick by the lower price. I insisted he charge me the correct price. I was impressed by his willingness to stick by the lower price--even when it was my mistake.) Without doubt, this was a very satisfying experience and I am happy to recommend them.

The gents at Nu Pro were excellent! They were able to get us in on the same day that we called for service. While late in arriving the service was efficient and worth the price. Our tech was late only because traffic was a bear.
