They were quick, came out the same day I contacted them. He seemed knowledgable and checked and rekeyed every lock in my house. We bought 10 keys from him while he was there.

They pulled me out of a jam and did not take advantage of my situation! They arrived promptly, provided great service and did not overcharge for the repair. I had to get my front door unlocked to be able to show my home for sale. The front door lock was actually rusted inside but I had no idea what was wrong. I called H and H and left a message in the evening; they called back in the morning, arrived and completed the repair by 10:00 AM. I had a quote from another company for $300 for "emergency" service but H and H only charged $118 for the repair. They were honest and could have sold me a new lock, but instead only charged for what was needed. They did a terrific, reliable repair and I recommend them highly!

Call the office to set up appointment. The technician arrived as scheduled and was courteous. He performed the services, explained to me how the new locks worked, suggested additional items that should be repaired/replaced. The complete transaction took less than 2 hours on-site. Very satisfied with the work. Would use them again.

Their prices were high, and they have a strong sales pitch. I was pleased with their services, but did not care for their approach.

We locked ourselves out of our bathroom and discovered, to our dismay, that the doorknob required a key, as opposed to the usual interior door "push-lock" that you can pop open with a coat hanger. After failing to MacGuyver the door open, we leave it and go to work unshowered. I call Hand H and they pick up the phone promptly. They take down my info, tell me the minimum pricing ($70 just to drive out, $50 minimum unlock cost), and say they'll be there within the half-hour. Sure enough, not 20 minutes go by, they show up and unlock the door in a jiffy. Professionalism and punctuality were top-notch, price left something to be desired, but that's supply-and-demand for you when your access to bathing is cut off(!).

I had to call back three times to schedule the work, talking to three different people (and thus having to give my information three times). This can partly be chalked up to my trying to make the arrangements between Christmas and New Year's, but also because the second person I spoke with didn't call me back when he said he would, so I had to call again after New Year's. Once I finally scheduled a date and time, however, the workman showed up the same day that I called (15 minutes late because he couldn't find my house), worked quickly and professionally, and was very nice. Despite the initial inconvenience, the quality of the work was very good and I would recommend them. I didn't do a lot of shopping around though so I can't speak to how their prices compare to others. I picked them because of their proximity to my location and ability to do the job the same day. I wasn't thrilled with the $70 fee just to show up but also don't know how that compares with other companies. Anyway, they did good work, which is what matters most in the end.

They did what I asked them to do. They did it exactly right. I have used them for years and years. I think there pricing is a little high, but I get what I ask for.

He came at the time he said he would and called ahead to inform us. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. We had 8 keys made and he painstakingly tried every key in each door (more than once) to be sure they all worked. My s.o. found Matt to be very polite, efficient and meticulous.

Excellent, responsive service. I called on a Saturday. They came out quickly and on time. Technician was very pleasant and communicated suggestions of locks. I used the Angie's List 10% off, which helped offset the price.

I was locked out of my new home,with my 2 miniature schnauzers. H and H was called, they were at my home within an hour. My husband called the office, arranged for the service call, the office then called me to confirm and give me estimated arrival time. The technician was friendly, personable and professional. He checked ID, and incoming mail and packages to verify that I did indeed belong in that house. He suggested that we purchase a "lockbox" to securely mount outside the house in case something like this happened again. Was at my home for about 20-25 minutes.

He arrived on time and did what we asked him to do. He did a fine job for us. He wasn't very talkative but was very respectful. He was in and out pretty quickly. He did the job and I don't have any complaints. He showed up when he said he would.

The overall experience was great. The contractor was early and completed the job in about 2 hours-faster than what I expected. He was friendly but got down to work immediately. When he was done, he cleaned up each site and then went door to door with me to verify that I was happy with the work. Very professional. Quality work.

I needed 5 locks changed, as soon as possible. I called, and the person was knowledgeable and gave me a quote over the phone, outlining the cost possibilities. He had someone at my house within the next hour. It was unbelievable. The estimate that I had figured was close to $300, but the locksmith that came was able to move things around and save me money! I would recommend them highly!
