Great, simply great. Jeff is very careful - he does very high quality work. Everything that he did looks great.
I had water damage and had a system (another contractor) that used a pump installed. Then Jeff took over. He looked at the damaged wall board and replaced the bottom 4 ft of board. He built a box around the exit pipe. He also ran a new wire (new circuit also) so that the outlet near the pump did NOT turn off using the switch. He then repaired the ceiling lights, installed bi-fold doors to the work room and painted the entire room. It looks great!

Everything went great. I called and Jeff answered directly. I was surprised as usually you get an answering machine.
He told me that he would come out the next day and take a look. He came by as he said to review the work and then came back a few days later and reinstalled the siding. Work looks good and you can't see that anything happened.
I have some other handyman type work to do later in the year and I'll call Jeff and JMN Services to do it.

Excellent. Jeff responded to my initial message and arrived at scheduled time promptly. He did the repairs quickly and was very neat - he left no trash.

Jeff was both very personable and professional. I immediately felt at ease letting him work throughout the house on his own while I was working on my own projects. He knocked on my door exactly at the time he said he'd be there - 9am on the spot. He had to pick up some parts for my faucets, but we hadn't discussed ahead of time what kind I had, so I sort of expected that. He did go over estimate, largely because I added on one more job than was included in the estimate, and I thought the extra amount was reasonable. Also, it wasn't until that morning that I realized the pot rack didn't come with hanging hardware, so he had to purchase those parts as well. The and quot;de-caulkingand quot; alone would have taken me a long time to do, and he actually took care of the corners in the stall as well as just the line around the tub. It was money well spent so I didn't have to do any of this work myself, though Jeff was agreeable to letting me watch and learn (which I didn't get a chance to do because of my own work).

In the end, the only way I could tell Jeff was there was because my house was better for his visit. I didn't find a crumb of caulk or drywall anywhere!

He did a great job! Jeff came at the appointed time, gave me an estimate and did the work. He had to wait several days to put on the sealant for the deck since it continued to rain. He was very professional and did a good job.

The bathroom had developed a constellation of little fixes, so when, even after a liberal application of WD-40, I couldn't loosen the trap under the bathroom sink, I decided to give in and call someone. Lucky for me, I called JMN Services. They came when they said they would, they worked neatly (without destroying something else along the way), fixed everything on my list (without charging extra when I said I wanted to watch), and tidied up before they left. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbors, and will gladly call them again if the need arises.

We had quite a time with the fancy brass door handle I ordered a few years ago, getting the right parts. At that time, Jeff was very helpful and ended up dealing extensively with the company to make sure we got everything we needed. This fall, the inside door handle broke off, making it very difficult to get our front door open. Jeff came right over, called the company and ordered the part, ensured we were not charged for it because it was still under warranty, and then came back and installed it when it arrived. As always, Jeff was professional, friendly, clean, prompt and helpful. He asked for no payment until the actual work was done.

I was satisfied with all the work that Jeff did. He was pleasant to work with and very helpful. He listened to my concerns and suggested the repairs that needed to be done. He always cleaned up after each project. When the latch on the front door lock was broken, he called the Baldwin company and arranged for a replacement part.

I called around to several different door companies, all of whom declined to do 'repairs'; only new installations. I was thankful to find JMN, who was extremely responsive. He made the necessary phone calls and trip to Home Depot to locate the necessary part, and had the door fixed within 3 days. He was courteous, pleasant, and professional. Best of all, the door looks and works great and he saved me a ton of money because there was no need to replace the entire door, as some insisted I should! I would certainly hire him again, and recommend him to you.

Working with Jeff was very easy. He showed up on time and was very courteous and friendly. He cleaned up after his repairs and thoroughly explained the additional work that needs to be done with the door and light. Jeff is definitely on our list now as our new handyman!

Jeff is neat and clean in appearance, and a very nice person. He did all the work quickly in just a few hours and cleaned up after himself. He came back to open the windows for me. For the time he spent and the work he did, I found his price quite reasonable. All the work was excellent, even though the caulking did not repair the leaky shower stall (it was a guess that turned out to be wrong). I am thrilled to know Jeff because we often need a reliable handyman.
