"I called several other lock smiths before I found Baldino's. All of them turned out to use the same sub contractor, who I waited for for hours and finally just told not to come. I found Baldino's at 9:30pm that night, and they only use their own technicians on jobs, which immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. Beyond that, when I placed the first call, the representative was calm and detailed (unlike the other locksmiths who seemed to barely have time to write down my phone number).
