BALDINO'S LOCK & KEY

They charged $155 for a lock that retailed on line for $53. Then charged $263 for labor to install which only took 15 minutes. The work was fine but they are WAY overpriced. Would not use them again.

Brought ignition lock/harness to shop just before it closed and was ready by 11am next day.

I purchased the door handle and lock set that matched the one being replaced. Baldinos

They arrived quickly and performed the work without any problems.

It is always expensive and never a good experience so evaluating the service is by nature of the experience a bit biased. I'm glad they were available, and I finally got back into my house. And I'm glad it was summer.

It was performed but within 2 weeks the screws in both plates were coming out and preventing the door from closing. I had to screw them back in myself.

I needed all my locks replaced due to the fact that an unsavory tennat moved out and I suspected he had keys to several of my doors. I called on Thursday and got an appointment for Monday which was my requested date. The locksmith arrived on time. He was at my house for approximately five hours due to fact that had one deadbolt that gave him a large amout of trouble due to its age. He persevered and finally managed to get it replaced. He did a very good job, left no mess and was quiet but cordial. I would use them again and have used them in the past. They are a bit pricey but do such a good job that it is worth the money. They gave me an over the phone estimate of $500 and charged $567 which I am guessing was the result of the troublesome deadbolt. They are a dependable and good company.

I went to their store, let them know what I wanted. The installer came as scheduled a week or so later and completed the lock replacement process for three exterior doors in about 90 minutes and cleaned up each location as he went along.

Overall, I got what I asked for and at the price quoted during our initial site walk through. I have all the insight I need to follow up on my door replacements, and I am very satisfied that I was given good counsel and assistance. I will definitely return to Baldino's when I've got the doors replaced so that I can work with Frankie Turner to make the deadbolts and knobs part of my new unikey system.

They will really charge way more than any other locksmith - BE CAREFUL

We called before 8. They said they would charge us $190 to come out, or we could wait until 8:30 and pay less (the non-emergency fee). We asked them to please just come out--we were having an emergency. They said they would come; however, some time later, they called and said they really didn't have anyone nearby to perform the service. We had another locksmith come, and he charged us $90-a significant difference.

Good. Used the Arlington location.

They were fast and had very reasonable prices. He didn't have the equipment to program the OEM transponder Honda key but he charged only a fraction of the price of other locksmiths to have it cut. Other locksmith in the area start at $120 - $225. Crazy! He only charged $35 (I provided the key) and the dealer can program the key for $60.

They were prompt, prices were reasonable, and did an over all good job.
