Guy was wonderful, extremely flexible, did not charge me for 2 service calls even though he had to come to my home twice on the same day to remove and replace the hot water heater while working around the floor installer. If he had not agreed, on less than 24 hour notice, to attend to the hot water heater I would have had to wait almost 2 weeks before the floor installer was available again. He is very professional, does quality work and truly lives up to his NICE GUY name. His prices are very competitive and he goes out of his way to work with the customer. I'm not sure any other plumber would have done what he did and charge the customer for only 1 service call given he had to come to my home twice in order for me to accommodate installer for my kitchen floor. I have a couple of leaking faucets to fix and I will certainly be calling NICE GUY PLUMBING after I complete the rest of my big projects."

"Mr. Mike himself saved us. We paid and had an installation scheduled after purchasing a new Range Hood from Home Depot but was surprised that on the day of the install, no one showed up! We waited for a Home Depot Contractor to arrive all day.... finally after several hours of waiting contacted their service office to find that resolution wouldn't happen for several days and we had a planned graduation party the following day. Thought of Mike and contacted him... he came over right away and installed the hood range. His price was extremely reasonable. Home Depot's installation price was $150 and Mike's price was $60. So as I initially started out by saying, Mike saved the day! Our family would like to do business again! Thanks, Mike!"

He was patient, timely, and ensured that the work was done perfectly which is refreshing considering my experience with a lot of workers who were lazy and didn’t provide quality service. When he helped me with putting up my pictures and shelves, fixing the kitchen sink after it exploded, and the drainage in my bathroom, he informed me throughout about what went wrong and tips on how to prevent future problems. He’s great to talk to and whenever I have an issue, I know I can always rely on Nigel to get it done right every time!"

"We used A1 exterminators for several years. In the beginning we used them to change the dehumidifier filters. We started using them because the previous owners had used them to redo the crawl space and install a the humidifier. At some point we also started using them for pest control. We did their Guardian Plan from beginning. The guys they sent over were nice and courteous and always helpful. We were pleased with service until we were selling our home and records of services provided were requested and they refused to give them. We were needing information on if they had caulked some cracks in the foundation when they sealed everything when the dehumidifier was installed. I even had the previous owner call and give them permission to release this information. They accused me of trying to get information out of them that didn't belong to me. Funny thing is, there were absolutely no issues, but they were immediately defensive and accusing me of being in a bad place with our buyers. She talked over me to the point and was so rude, I told her to shut up. That was the end of anything I ever wanted to do with them. Had the owner of this company not been the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life, I may have left them a good rating. Based on how she treats a customer of 4 or 5 years, I could never recommend them to anyone. Read their reviews yourself. Their bad customer service speaks for itself. When I mentioned this company to the buyers real estate agent, he confirmed that they weren't reputable as did the escrow company that did our closing."

"The work was awesome. We had the old fiberglass tub and surround from the 80's. Wolak came in and replaced it with a new deep soak tub and tile surround. New tile on the floor. Replaced the vanity and toilet. Even the exhaust fan. They also replaced sheetrock and painted to give us a new modern bathroom look. Wolak didn't need to rely on any sub-contractors. Like a one-stop-shop for remodelling. The installer was very friendly and professional. He listened carefully to what we had in mind, made some great suggestions and now we have a dream bathroom.
