"Thank you so much for the kind words! I've enjoyed your projects and working for you and am looking forward to when you're ready to redo your master bath!"
"Thank you very much for your kind words. It was a pleasure working for you and your husband. I hope you're satisfied w my work for a long time to come and am only disappointed that it seems as if there's no other work for me at your house! Best wishes to both of you!"
"Thank you so much for awarding me your project, and for your review. I was happy to help you scale your ideas to meet your desires, and then provide you with regular updates as work progressed. I'm thrilled you're happy with it and look forward to working for you again."
"Thank you so much for awarding me your project and for the wonderful review! I thoroughly enjoyed working for you and your family. I always try to make additions "look like it was built that way the first time", and help my customers get the most for their money. I'm thrilled you're satisfied and look forward to working for you again."
"Thank you so much for the opportunity to work for you, and your wonderful review. While there wasn't any opportunity to increase space in the rooms, the options of the finishes are nearly unlimited. This had been the owner's childhood home, and it was a pleasure to help her pick items and improve storage that gave her exactly what she wanted. Thank you again for your project and I'm looking forward to working for you again."
"Thank you for your wonderful review and kind words. We built a full bathroom where one did not exist, and brought plumbing from under the house up to the room over the garage to make it work, making everything look as if it was built that way the first time. The owner picked all the finish materials and gave me some latitude w installing them; I think the end result was stunning. Thank you for your project, and I'm looking forward to working for you again."
"This was an extensive, two-part project, as the customer noted. All structural elements were designed by an engineer and built to those standards, and all inspections were passed. I kept the customer involved with daily progress updates, and kept them informed of future plans and goals. After 14 years in business, I’m not immune to creating an unsatisfied customer, and it’s defeating on the rare occasion when it happens. I wish them the best."
"Thank you for the wonderful review. This was a neat project; it was an upstairs hallway bathroom in a classic house that needed remodeling . Nearly everything was original and the end result was stunning. Thank you for selecting me to work for you."
"Wow, thank you for such kind words! This project was a rewarding experience, from start to finish. The owners have very specific, and at times, opposing tastes in style, making the fixture and material selections something rather unique. The house was extremely well built, but had some practicality issues that were overlooked during initial construction. Delivering a final product that made those corrections, and displayed the owners poignant style at the same and being part of their satisfaction with the product, and seeing them love their new home even more could not have been more gratifying, and I'm looking forward to the next project with them!"
"Thank you so much for the absolutely glowing review! [Member Name Removed] contacted me about her proposed renovations; she owns a traditional post-war ranch that a previous owner put an addition on that was half the size of the original house. The previous owner gained an extra bathroom in the process, but not much else, as in essence, half of the square footage added was "hallway space". We "gutted" the original addition, and relocated her kitchen to one end, more than doubling her cabinet storage, and tripling her counter space, and gave her a cozy dining area as well. The space in the original house for the kitchen was turned into a laundry room, water heater closet, and hallway to get to the kitchen. The other end of the addition was turned into a handicap accessible bathroom with the proper sized doors and barrier-free shower. If the day ever comes that a wheel chair will be used in that space, only minimal work needs to be done to fully accommodate it. It was an absolute thrill to work for [Member Name Removed] from the very beginning in the planning phase, all the way though the end, helping to bring her vision to life."
"Thank you for the very nice review! This was a really neat job- I met with the customers, and they had some ideas, and some lay out problems they needed resolved. I came up with a plan that maximized the use of their available square footage, and dramatically improved the "flow" of the space. I relocated a doorway, and closed off another one, and they selected a floor tile installed with a pattern, unstained cherry wood cabinets, and a light granite countertop with a soft "flowing" pattern. The finished product looks very classy without being trendy, and is exactly what one would expect to see in an upper scale neighborhood such as theirs. Thank you for selecting me, and I look forward to working for you again in the future!"
"Thank you for a wonderful review! The customer called me to discuss remodeling a master and hall bathroom. Both bathrooms were of "standard size" but they had serious issues with storage, and the "tight feel" of the spaces. They had "half of the idea", but weren't sure how to make the other half work. I helped them with fixture and finish selection, and was awarded the job. It was a pleasure to work for them, and it's somewhat disappointing to know there isn't any other work their house needs!"
"Thank you for the nice review! I mostly do interiors, so it was nice to be able to change it up with an exterior job. The customer wanted a concrete patio, and a covered porch that they could complete construction on and turn into a screened in porch. Unfortunately, the concrete that was delivered for the covered portion wasn't adequate for it's purpose. Rather than remove it and re-pour it, I offered to tile it for them at no extra charge. They were very satisfied with the end result, and it looked much more finished than what was originally planned."
"Thank you so much for the glowing review and hiring me for the job in the first place! The customer bought a house that a previous owner had done some remodel and addition work to. Some of this work turned a bedroom into a laundry and unfinished closet. The existing master bath was a shower stall and pedestal sink in a small, 30 square foot area. The floor and walls were severely rotted. I converted the existing master bath and turned it into a walk-in closet. I divided the old bedroom and turned it into a small linen closet, a larger 50 square foot walk-in closet, and an 80 square foot master bath w/ double sink vanity, pantry cabinet storage, a large shower with linear drain and a Solatube "skylight". There were several other repairs and upgrades I performed, some were rather urgent. It was an absolute thrill to present ideas the customer never considered and then build them, and I'm looking forward to the next job with him!"
"Thank you for the wonderful review! I had ideas that were radically different from what the customer was proposing. The space was rather large for a guest bath, and I wanted to better utilize the room, and select materials and finishes that they might have used when the house was built in the 50s. It was really a showcase type of job for me, and I can't thank her enough for hiring me to do it for her!"
"Thank you so much for the review! This job was supposed to only have been a shower replacement, but expanded into a whole bathroom remodel. It was a pleasure updating your bathroom to something much more contemporary with better lighting and a more spacious feel."
"Thank you so much for the glowing remarks! The kitchen is immediately adjacent to an addition I previously constructed, and I think the way the two rooms flow together is unique. Everything is very "clean" with a very modern feel but they go perfectly together and "fit" in the house with the high vaulted ceilings of the living room. It's been an absolute pleasure working for you, and looking forward to working for you or your friends in the future!"
"Thank you so much for the review! This job was a chance to update a customer's classic ranch house with a more contemporary look without going over the top, and give them a much improved space in the process. Thank you so much for hiring me to do it, and I hope it continues to provide you complete satisfaction for a very long time!"
"Thank you for the very nice review- I've thoroughly enjoyed working for you on both projects, and working on a classic house like yours and trying to do "period-accurate" work is one of my favorite things, and I look forward to working for you again!"
"Thank you so much for the review! This client provided all of the finish materials to include the cabinets and tile, and performed his own electrical work. It was a pleasure working for him, and I truly appreciate all the referalls!"
