Not happy with the price at all! It cost my poor elderly mom $900 for a plumber to crawl under the house to glue two loose PVC piping joints. It was $120 just to show up and then a $500 fee to just crawl under the house to find the loose PVC joint and then another $300 for the repair. Oh yes that was with a 10% discount. No wonder they were readily available to show up in 30 minutes for the repair. I feel so bad for my mom since my dad has passed and couldn’t crawl under the house for her as I’m sure he isn’t happy about now. My advice shop around! Worley Services called after this company and said they would have never charged us extra for working under the house.

Charged almost $3000.00 to not fix or replace my clogged drain pipes. Replaced 2 shut off valves under my sink. I got a discount because I joined their preferred customer club. Regular price was $400.00 each. I got mine for $200.00 each. Priced them from home depot for around $ 15.00. I blame myself for getting ripped off by this guy. He was a smooth talker, and I didn't get a written estimate before he started. Had them come back the next morning and they wanted to replace my drain system for $26000.00. He told me $22000.00. When I asked for him to write it up, it came up to $26000.00. We got a second opinion, and they just cleaned out the pipes. Did not concur that anything was broken. They had lots of fancy tools. Had a nice camera which he did not put in the pipe far enough to show me it was broken. Get it in writing before they start working. That is what I learned from this company. Told me $2000.00 before he started. Paid $2802.00 member price!

The team was there a few minutes earlier than scheduled, performed initial inspection, gave us a clear and concise explanation of what was needed and how it would be performed. The communication kept going all throughout the job. Before anything new was done, a price was given so there was no chance of being blindsided at the end of the job which we have experienced with other companies. We would most definitely hire this wonderful company again and would highly recently them.

"we are sorry that you were not pleased but your issue required more than just the ordinary clean out system technician spent three hours trying to solve that issue He explained it step-by-step so you was aware of everything that was going on at the time of the service mainline was compromised due to roots rupture in main Sewage line that service required additional services cost,which you declined,You informed technician that this was a issue that was forging , that needed to be addressed by landlord for further service repairs all services are warranted for 30 days no response from customer during , the warranty time , no action was taken,We are a top professional service company we don’t cut corners in providing ours customers with the best professional services"

Mr. Jay’s company is outstanding. Mr. Jay is a very attentive and detailed person he takes time to plan out what is needed to be done and let you know along the way if there are problems and what the outcome of the problem is. He explains what’s going on and so you understand the problem and then the solution. Mr. Jay treats your home like his own, meaning that he will not stray you down the wrong way, he will make sure everything is complete and working properly. He will go above and beyond to take care of something else that is going on in your house while he’s there. He’s a really good guy, his company is outstanding, and I now have a forever plumbing company for whenever anything goes wrong.

Amazing! When my old water heater ruptured and needed to be replaced they were out in 30min and were very respectful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and checked up the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. I also had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up a couple weeks later and he was out same day and once the drain was cleaned out the issue was fixed. Would highly recommend!

Did an incomplete diagnosis and proposed $575 to replace a toilet wax ring. Paid $65 for trivial diagnostic and declined. Called another plumber and paid $80 total

Took a long time, cost too much and the leak in the kitchen is worse now than when he came, and the bathroom lavatory doesn't drain, now. I have only the water in the tub I can use, now, since the only other sources became useless after his work. Claimed to be a Master Plumber, but I doubt it. Not worth the time or money,

I am very pleased with the job Awesome Drain cleaning and Waterline Repair did fixing my bathtub drain and faucet leak problem. I had 2 other plumbers before Awesome and they couldn't fix it, I thought I was going to forever have to stand in dirty water while I took a shower b/c it drains so slow! But Judeah went above and beyond, running all over for the right parts, and since this is a 100 year old house it wasn't easy with these old pipes but the drain and the leak are good as new now! Plus he was so kind, patient, and had a good sense of humor he never seemed frustrated. I can confidently recommend Awesome Plumbing, they did an awesome job!
