"They came on time and worked most of the day repairing plumbing that was never connected inside of wall. They had to cut the wall out under the kitchen sink. When they were done you could not tell it had been cut. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean. They also repaired some minor work on electrical outlets. "I had an outside light that would not work.  Gary identified the problem and quickly fixed it.  It was a simple fix and he chose to NOT bill me.  He essentially fixed the problem as he was diagnosing it!  
Gary spent about 45 minutes of his time at my home, during which time he gave me an estimate for another job I need done.  Our conversation lead me to believe that Gary knows his business, is a problem-solver, and believes in providing his customers the maximum value for their money.  While no one wants to need repair work done in their homes, I feel a little better knowing that I've found a businessman who knows his trade and will do the job right the first time.
