We contracted RCL Remodeling to assist with some drywall repairs in our DC townhome last month and were extremely pleased with their professional and thorough approach to their work. The two-man crew that worked on our unit did a fantastic job and were extremely communicative both before and during the repairs. We will definitely hire RCL Remodeling again should we need any additional work done on our house.

I hired RCL Remodeling for a few jobs. I hired RCL for electrical work and carpentry work. RCL added a 110 line for our home and did some trouble shooting for 2 outlets that were not working. I also hired him to add railings for the stairway going to the second floor and railings going downstairs. Rocael arrived on time with his team. The electrical work and railings were done the same day. They were friendly, professional, and used care to keep my home neat and clean. The railings were red oak and Rocael gave me options to match my existing banister. The quality of the work was excellent. I was very pleased with the final product and highly recommend this company. I would use them again in the future.

Escobar and his crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom rebuild and laundry room re-flooring. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and timely in responding to my many questions. The customer service and craftsmanship were far above my expectations. I would highly recommend him and his crew. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely use RCL again.

Nothing but great things to say about their work. They have done work in two of our houses and always extremely professional and great results. On our first house Rocael completely remodeled our 1950's bathroom and did great tile work. On our second house he added a small deck for our grill which looks great and a fence/gate. He also remodeled our entire basement. Installing new drywall and insulation, new exterior/interior doors, new bathroom remodel (with excellent tile work) - Did duct work, and demo entire existing plaster ceiling and replaced it with drywall and added can lights. Created a nook under the stairs with great wood work, and also a great paint job throughout. Rocael also will make sure you are happy with the work he's done, and would make any adjustments if needed.

Repairman was very timely, courteous, and performed an excellent job.

Provided an estimate then sent an email on March 8th indicating he was leaving the country. No work was done.

Great! Went above and beyond on many occasions like grabbing the right items when I got the wrong bullnose tile, being at Home Depot late at night. Really appreciated it. Was on time for everything and did a great job. Price was also amazing.

RCL did an excellent job for a fair price. They were punctual and finished the work on schedule.

RCL did an excellent job replacing 2 feet of drywall around the basement and replacing the flooring with tile after a flood in the basement. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up well. The estimate we received was accurate.

This was an A+ professional service. They painted all of my walls in my condo which included multiple sites of wall repair, plastering and painting of walls that had not been maintained for over 30 years. They were always on time and worked very hard the entire day as arranged. I can't say enough about their expert work, on time schedule and especially quality of work. I can't imagine getting anyone better. They were dependable and they proved to be very expert at their work. I would hire them again anytime.

It went extremely well. Escobar was very responsive and professional. He responded via text, email, or call depending on our preferred method on that day. They started the work the next week after the inspection. He was upfront about his costs and he even reduced the price when the electrical work ended up cheaper than originally estimated. This was impressive because he brought up the price difference before we had a chance to. The basement and bathroom look amazing - better than we imagined - and you can tell that his team takes pride in their craft. They were open to our suggestions or last minute additions to the work (like adding crown moulding for the bathroom). We would definitely hire them again.

I requested an estimate from RCL Remodeling to do drywall repair for a 220 line I initially planned to have done by a different company company. I was so impressed with RCLs quick reaponse that I ended up getting the 220 line and drywall repair all done by RCL. I also decided to have RCL do some cabinet repair work done. The owner, Rocael, was responsive, professional, and did excellent work. Hisbprices are fair. Riceal and one ither person came for the work and stayed late to complete alk the work in one day. I plan to hire him for more projects and would highly recommend him to others. I am so glad I found him on Angies List and I am thankful others took the time to rate him so highly. He certainly deserves the great ratings and Angies List helped me find him.

Mr. Escobar quickly sent his quote by text message. The work was started on 2/26 and completed 2/27/2019. The following work was performed: Cutout damaged drywall; applied mold control to prevent further mold damage; sanded, primed and painted newly installed drywall (and the bottom portion of the closet wall). The work was completed about an hour ahead of schedule.

The team was very professional, they arrived on time, completed the work timely, and it looks amazing. Rocael Escobar led the project even called me with a thank you followup. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend.

I called RCL and the owner, Escobar, made an appointment for the estimate and communicated when he was headed my way. He then followed up with an online estimate that initiated the work. Once agreed, he arrived for the scheduled repair on time and prepared to protect my floors and furniture. The estimated 3 day job was completed in 2 days and looked great! I was able to pay him using PayPal and conveniently end the transaction. Super professional and friendly service!

The first time the job was done fine. When call back for another job, he did the estimate then disappeared & wouldn't return calls or follow up. :-(

It went very smoothly we came to an agreed upon price and yes they do extra work (fixing all this dang nail pops). Made great recommendations on paint and quality. I am going to have them tile my basement and I will comment when that job is done as well!
