"I highly recommend Stephen and his team at Capstone Remodeling! I interviewed 5 contractors, two of which were full design firms. Estimates ranged widely. Capstone was neither the highest, nor the lowest but they came highly recommended by several people in my area. (Found recommendations on Angie's List and NextDoor. Steve was the only one that sent in a detailed estimate that included a checklist of work to be performed and I was happy with his willingness to answer questions and flexible timing for starting the project (due to supply/delivery issues with materials). Once the project got started, I realized pretty quickly that I had made a great choice. Steve and his team were very professional. They showed up and left on time every day. They kept things clean and laid down tarps between the front door, garage, and the workspace. They even laid plastic over all of the furniture and drapery in the master bedroom to minimize the cleanup afterwards. The hall bath remodel was completed first and took just over two weeks from start to finish. No plumbing was moved, but the entire bathroom was gutted and rebuilt. The craftsmanship was fantastic. The master bath was started immediately after the hall bath and was finished in just three weeks! It was also completely gutted and rebuilt from scratch; the toilet was shifted over and the bathtub drain was moved too. Throughout the entire process Steve made a point to communicate progress and to ask me about my preference whenever there was a question of finishes (e.g. height of towel bar, or size of niche). The craftsmanship of the work is top-notch and I'm so thrilled to have gotten a reasonable, responsible contractor. I've already recommended him to a couple of other people in my neighborhood and plan to hire his company again for my next project."

"I've hired Justin and his team for many projects over the past seven years. He helped us remodel our basement which required moving walls, installing luxury vinyl tile, painting, and installing new lighting. The work is consistently very good and his team is reliable and great to engage with. I can explain what I want done and he delivers exactly that. He is not always the cheapest, but he's not expensive either, and you get what you pay for. If I have a minor issue he's quick to resolve it. I highly recommend Adam Contracting!"

"Steve and his crew -- Shawn and Bruce -- did an exceptional job remodeling my kitchen. I had my original 1994 oak cabinets and builder-grade floor/countertops/sink replaced with quartz counters and porcelain tile floor and the cabinets were refaced with new color and doors. I am very happy with the quality of the work and how the remodel changed the entire look of my kitchen. The crew was very professional and meticulous in finishing all work."

"Jose and his team did great job on our basement remodeling project. We created new home office in our basement, installed engineered wood floor, and also painted our garage floor. Their work is efficient and professional. And Jose is a honest guy on pricing estimate. We highly recommend him for house remolding project."

"Thomas M was an excellent technician and did great work fixing all the basement windows around the house. These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."

"Ruben and his team remodeled our kitchen and did a lot of other work in our new condo. They are professional, dependable and honest. We are very happy with the work they have done for us and highly recommend them."

"The work was originally scheduled for Friday; however, Mr. Vazquez texted me early that morning to let me know that he would not be arriving at 8:00 as scheduled due to the rain. He said he could come later that day or Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I return texted that later Friday or Monday would work for me. When he didn't show up on Friday, I assumed he'd come on Monday but I wasn't 100% sure. Of course, I could have followed up myself. However, no worries. Rigo showed up early Monday and got right to work. I am very pleased with his skills, work ethic, and sharp eye to go above and beyond. He started inside on the kitchen ceiling but moved back and forth between the inside work and outside work. Letting the ceiling applications dry, while he worked outside. Efficient! Rigo also noticed my (ahem) less than professional spackling work in the kitchen over some screws and chips in the wall. He went ahead and fixed those up too. So much nicer! Rigo also pointed out that the garage wood had rotted because no flashing had been installed at the top. He ASKED if I wanted him to add that and asked if I wanted wood or that wood-alike that doesn't rot. Seems like small potatoes but I've certainly had others who did work and did not give me any info or options. Much appreciated. After he'd completed the outside work, Rigo borrowed a broom to sweep up. The kitchen was also quite clean. Obviously, I still need to do a good sweep, but it is much cleaner than I'd anticipated.
All in all, a job well done. Add in the Angie's List discount and I even give them an A on pricing.  This is the 4th or 5th company I contacted to fix the garage trim and the first who showed up. I thought I was jinxed. I've begun my list for spring - interior cracks in the stairwell and the trim around the basement windows. I will be hiring Vazquez and Son again.

They both worked with us to meet all of our needs for our kitchen renovation. Deanna went above and beyond from a design aspect to get us exactly what we were looking for in our new kitchen. "Wonderful! From the beginning Amanda was wonderful. My husband and I described to her what we wanted and she created my DREAM kitchen. Jason managed the process in a meticulous nature. He checked in often and made whatever adjustments necessary. This was a very hard period for my family because my husband passed away during the project. The team was very considerate and worked around our planning and holding his services. They did everything to ensure we were not inconvenienced during this difficult time. Each day the team cleaned up after they completed their work. They were always her on time and finished up for the day a reasonable time. Everyone mentioned that having a kitchen done was a nightmare during the process. Our experience was completely different. I highly recommend Virginia Kitchen and Bath! Did I tell you that they reinstalled our old kitchen cabinets in our garage. Something my husband really wanted. Thank you Amanda, Jason and the entire team!"

"Archtex and his team build an addition for my house. They did a great jobs, we and the neighbors love it. They finish before the due date. I would recommend them and will hire them again."
