We had Door Doctor out early in the month to replace the drive gear on our 2 doors. While reviewing the current doors, we decided to replace both doors. This was a wish choice. The new doors look so much better and operate so quietly and smoothly now. They guys replacing the doors were professional. And before they left they made sure the remotes in both cars were operating correctly. The clean up so well, you would not even known any work had been done. If you don't use them, I think you are making a mistake.

Excellent service! Door Doctor showed up on time on the same day I needed the garage door spring repaired. The repairman knew exactly what to do and had the spring needed on the company truck. He checked and applied lubricant where needed. The work was completed for a fair price.

Job completed perfectly. They gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled the job for the same day; George came in right on time, identified the problem, and finished the replacement within an hour. The whole process was very smooth and hassle-free, and I especially enjoyed how transparent their quoting was. All contractors should work like this.

Perfect. George was great. He had the right tools to complete the job, was professiona, took care to check the garage door and garage opener. I have been trying for two weeks to get someone to come and do maintenance on my garage door and Door Doctor is the only one who answered their phone to make a schedule to come out. George did not try to upsell me for a new door, but when I need one I will go with Door Doctor in Sterling. They came to Fairfax,VA and had a fair price and did excellent work. Thank you Door Doctor.

Lee was superb. I expected to replace the whole opener but Lee said another person probably had a part which would work in my old unit. It took a couple of days to get the part and Lee reappeared to restore the opener to functionality. During his first visit he noticed the door springs were stretched and ordered the replacements, On a third visit, Lee replaced the springs. Three visits including a part repair and a spring replacement for less than half the price of a new opener.

Excellent work, the technician that arrived was knowledgeable and did an fantastic job replacing the damaged wood that was holding the chain rail to the garage, believe he called it the garage plate. He also checked the components of the door and ensured the garage door would open and close smoothly after the fix, he made minor adjustments, the door now runs smoothly. He thoroughly enjoys his job, it's nice to experience that type of attitude. Would use them again!

Excellent. I damaged my door and called three companies for bids. Door Doctor responded right away by scheduling an estimator. Their customer service people and their price were the reason I selected this company. Although they had to wait six weeks for the part, they sent a technician to do a temporary repair so I could open and close the door while I waited for the part. When the panel came in, they scheduled the job and sent a couple of very efficient guys to install the new panel. They did an outstanding job and I am delighted to recommend Door Doctor without reservation.

Spring broke at 9:00 PM. George arrived at 8:45 the next morning. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had spring replaced, both doors oiled, and, at my last minute request, the weather stripping at the bottom of each door changed out in about 45 minutes. Cost: $282.00. Great service.

Terrific experience from beginning to end. From the informational appointment, to scheduling, to installation and payment, working with Door Doctor was the epitome of a smooth process. The doors are high-quality, well insulated, and nearly silent! Honestly, they are quieter than my laundry machines. I am very impressed with the quality of the materials and labor we received, and the final price was completely in line with both. We even had a follow-up appointment to troubleshoot our "smart doors," and we definitely feel like we understand our wifi-capable and laser-sensitive equipment. Highly recommend.
