"Very, very disappointing experience; Lux replaced the foundation of my 1850 log cabin. The design was bad, the communication was bad, the execution was bad. "If I could give this company a 6 out of 5 stars I would! They did a fantastic job overhauling my mother's deck, back patio, fencing, and front portico. All of the work was absolutely essential for safety and structural reasons, and I'm so glad I chose OSSA to do the work. My mother has Alzheimer's, which presented additional issues, but the entire crew was incredibly kind, respectful, and understanding of the unique challenges they faced. They were responsive and kept me aware of everything regarding the job along the way. My mother is so pleased, and I have the peace of mind that all of her outdoor space is safe, beautiful, and accessible. "Tunch, Alex, and his team did a great job with our remodel. They were on time in the mornings and did all they could every day. He provided pictures of items for us to choose from and we were also able to select from his showroom. They also came back to touch up some things we wanted. They did a great job and we're really happy with the results. We would definitely hire them again in the future."

"We had our master and hall baths completely gutted and rebuilt. We bid the project out to several companies, and DMV was immediately the most helpful. Pricing was very competitive. Luis and the team completed both bathrooms in about 6 weeks - and this was a full demo. The crew was extremely kind and courteous, and worked hard to minimize the mess and impact to our home. One weekend we had a party, and they helped make our home look like there wasn’t a major project in-progress! Craftsmanship was impeccable. The tile work in particular is beautiful - details I hadn’t even thought of were done for me. Like any job, we had some changes to scope (our choice), and some minor hiccups. They were extremely helpful navigating through scope changes, and more than fair on pricing. And on the minor hiccups, they made it extra clear that the job wouldn’t be wrapped until we were satisfied - and that’s what happened. Honestly this experience was a 10 out of 10, and I hope we can have them out for another project soon. Our bathrooms went from blight to bling in 6 weeks - I look forward to getting ready now!"

"The short version of this review is we were very happy with the work Select Kitchen and Bath did for us and would not hesitate to use them again. Our project, which was completed in January 2025, consisted of a complete remodel of two full bathrooms which were vintage 1983. Amanda was our designer, Mark was the lead installer, and John was the project manager. All three of them provided welcome suggestions, good guidance and advice throughout the process… starting with clear and transparent service agreements. Select was very accommodating with scheduling and access to the house / workspaces. Questions were answered promptly by Amanda, Mark and John, and any concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Our new bathrooms are great!"

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"
