They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "The initial installation in 2009 was excellent.  I'm in the process of  selling my house and noticed that 2 windows had broken seals and several had bad springs so the windows would not stay up.  I called the owner, Jeff Fine, who came out promptly to review the issue.  He promptly reordered the windows to replace those with broken seals and replacement springs.  When the windows came iin from the manufacturer he came out promptly and took care of all the issues.  Prompt, courteous, professional service is hard to find now a days.  I highly recommend Eco Windows and Siding.

"From start to finish Chris Dobbin and crew exceeded our every expectation. We did shop around but ended up going with HCR because of their warranty. It far exceeded the competition. Don't take my word for it. Look up their triple warranty guarantee. Chris explained the process and how there would be a period of no communication and then a call to schedule install. It was just like he said. Crew arrived on time, lead performed a walk through educating us what is to be done, and remeasured windows before starting demo. Crew was over the top professional and cleaned up as the went along. After install the lead gave us an operation briefing. The wife is super happy with the results. I underestimated how much I would like the blinds in the windows. I had them installed in the two patio doors but should have included the kitchen and master bath windows. Slick product and I have peace of mind thanks to their no hassle, non-prorated, transferable warranty. A side benefit that wasn't discussed was the noise reduction. Our house is so much quieter."
