"We got a quote very quickly. Asked for 40 petcent down Started the the following week. They were done in 3 days with a 26 x 12 ft deck, 15 feet off the ground. It looks great and we are so happy. We will definitely have them back to do other projects that we need around the house. The crew was very friendly and efficient."

Beach Emergency Center, VA Science Museum Sea Turtle Rail, Security Upgrades and Renovations to Norfolk Naval Base Little Creek Naval Base and the Raptor Flight Simulator Project in Suffolk, VA. "Using BLT was a very painful experience. Remodel was estimated to be completed mid/end of September. It was finally completed this May (May '25). Communication was poor throughout, even to the end. One of the items was to paint the Room. After the paint dried, it started to peel off as I was installing Towel Bars. They said to wait for a couple of weeks for the paint to cure. Pratt and Lambert said that the room should have been primed and it might take a month to cute before top coating. Secondly, the new Vanity is a little loose. I will have to refasten it to the wall. The Shower Surround was poorly cut, leaving a large corner gap. I had to buy, paint, and install 2 corner Mouldings to hide the gap. I do not recommend BLT. They are disorganized, stretched too thin, and don't have a experienced Project Planner that can walk you through the small details of refitting so the Customer doesn't have to live with ill planned/fitted Hardware."
