"The whole process was amazing! The windows have a lifetime warranty and are the best windows on the market. The sales representative who came to the house, Floyd, was amazing. Never once did i feel pressured to buy anything and he even played with my son while he was here. He went over all the information he could to try and give us the most information and answered all of my questions. He called his boss to work out payment arrangements as we are a very young and growing family. The company itself was great, they were concerned it was going to rain so they rescheduled so no water would get in my house just in case. I felt very valued and appreciated. The install team couldn't have been better. The crew I got was ART and they were amazing!!! They answered all of my questions as i had them. walked me threw the whole process and gave me a tutorial of how to work everything when they were done. I was concerned about the clean up aspect as most contractors don't exactly do the best job when it comes to that, but with these guys i had no issue what so ever. "Home Fix installed new windows several years ago. As part of that they put aluminum siding on the bump out under my bay window. The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. Jonathan at Home Fix stepped in and helped me to resolve this problem. The company sent a team of two men to build an entire new bump out. They did a great job and there was no cost to me. I appreciate that they honored their warranty without any debate."
