Ken Thompson and his team set up tarps as a disposal system for the old shingles and roof paper. Once all that was removed, they quickly determined if any of the plywood was damaged or rotten and needed to be replaced. The only pieces of rotten fascia we ended up replacing were on the edge with the most exposure.  Once a system was established, the roof was completed in a few short hours. Extra care was taken with clean-up to ensure no nails or staples were left behind.

Ken Thompson, owner of Four Seasons Home Repair did a good job of basically remodeling my entire house.  The kitchen and bathroom in my 60 year old house were stripped down to the studs and completely rebuilt including re-routing electrical and plumbing associated with the remodel.  The entire house was painted, the hardwood floors refinished in 3 bedrooms, living room and hall.  In addition, he replaced the front porch railings, cleaned and painted the aluminum siding and installed linoleum in 2 baths, a utility room and the kitchen/dining area.  Overall a great job!  And he dealt well with my assisting :)

The price, I thought, was reasonable for the amount of work done, but included labor only.  I provided the materials separately.  The house is now on the market and should sell quickly.  Before this work, the only people who would have been interested were those who wanted to flip it.
