"Home Genius just completed a new roof installation and this was phase 2 of t he project. The gutters look amazing and Pablo Larius (prj Mgr) was very attentive and on site to answer any questions we may have. They were able to complete the removal and installation in one day. We are very happy with the final product and would recommend for both roofing and gutter replacement anytime."

"Great. Arrived when they promised. Sent two very professional men who completed the work on time with little disruption and absolutely no mess. Fascinating equipment and process which totally seals your ductwork, thereby preventing heat/cool air from escaping into the attic. We are experiencing a noticeable difference in the air quality on our 2nd floor after this process was completed."

"Replacement was fine. Issue I have is with the ownership and discussion I had with them regarding warranty for the ridge cap. I had a cobra ridge cap installed by this company after a windstorm cane through. During the process I had asked, and was told, that the cap came with a transferable warranty (which is great because this is not our forever home). Installation went fine and at the end was told the owner would provide warranty info. I inquired several days later and was told they would get me the warranty paperwork. After several weeks I contacted them again as I had not yet received he paperwork and was told that the company (USA Gutter pro) would honor their work but GAF no longer warranties this product. Was also told that "lawyers were drafting" paperwork for warranties and that it would be sent to me upon completion. That was around April 2016. I contact via this site the company asking if the lawyers were still working in it 6 months later (was sent Oct 17th)...nothing. I am now writing this review on Nov 19th. In the end I don't really care about the warranty I am disappointed that a company would say one thing and either (1) not follow though on what was agreed, or (2) not be 100% truthful in things. My point in all of this is if they would have said from the beginning that this product is not warranties I would have still had the work done and not really cared...but since I was repeatedly told one thing that never happened (oh, and I never got a call/email outside of Angie's list...and that was because I wrote first...) I am writing this review."

"The first job I hired Aaron for was a toilet repair and bathroom faucet replacement. His work was timely and met all of my expectations. Since then he has fixed a leaked under my bathroom sink, basically rebuilt my water heater , and painted my bathroom. Aaron’s work ethic and personality was wonderful and he called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. His prices were fair and I will definitely hire him again."

"The crew that was sent out to replace roof was good. However, very disappointed in the professionism of the owner. I know there were some personal issues going on at the time but the way "we" the clients were handle was not professional. I can't recommend this company. A project that should have take only a couple of days was draw out into months. Work was only completed and not really to my liking after lots of emails and voice mails."
