"Who writes reviews before the work is done? I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness. I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years. I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through. I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors. I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones. "The response time was excellent. Daniel did our estimate and was prompt and efficient. The first crew that was to come out at 2PM was 1 hour late and I called and he told me he was still painting somewhere. He came at 4:30 and took a look at the cabinets to be installed and said it was too much work and would cost more than the estimate and he didn't have the time that day. We called the office and talked with Daniel who was very apologetic and a new crew came out the following morning and installed the replacement cabinets. This required putting the cabinets together also. They did an excellent job. They were courteous, professional and responsive to our concerns and had the job done in about 3 hours (there were 4 cabinets).They cleaned everything up including the mirrors on the cabinets and hauled all the trash away including the old cabinets. He replaced the decking on my existing deck with new premium pressure-treated wood, and I am extremely pleased with the finished result. From the beginning, Muhammad was patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain the materials and installation process. He provided a detailed written scope of work, used 20-foot boards cut to fit so the deck could be installed with continuous boards and no seams, used CAMO hidden fasteners, applied protective joist tape, and addressed damaged wood he found once the old decking was removed. What impressed me especially was his attention to detail and his willingness to work with what I wanted rather than trying to talk me into something different. He and his crew were professional, careful, and left the area clean when the work was completed. The new deck looks beautiful, and the workmanship so far has exceeded my expectations."
