"Juan and his team were excellent! They did a great job repairing the drywall, and once painted, it was seamless with the existing drywall. Also, there was good communication throughout the process, and the space was kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend and plan to call GS Custom Remodels for my next project."

"These guys got the work done in a single long day, which was impressive. It was well done and the owner was very responsive. Really appreciated having a pro for playground equipment install that was a Class A contractor with all the insurance and licenses I was looking for."

"Excellent job overall. John was faced with challenges with the fence post removal in that they were imbedded in rather large amounts of concrete that required extra efforts (steel pry bars and winch) to remove from the ground. John disposed of the fence posts and concrete remains as well. John also removed, replaced and disposed of twelve 2x10x48" pressure treated steps. Many of the steps required special handling and additional bracing installed due to the age and condition of the existing stair stringers. After the initial installation, John was asked to re-look at a couple of the stair treads, and he returned very promptly to return and make adjustments without complaint. John also removed the remnants of two 2x8' very old (and brittle) overhead semi-transparent panels over the rear deck. He replaced with new customer-provided polycarbonate panels of the same dimensions and hauled away the old remains. He also removed and disposed of several unwanted saplings that were growing at random and completed a major trim on an overgrown euonymus bush/tree to prevent damage to house siding and allow adequate airflow to an outside air-conditioning unit."

"Ronnie was great to work with! He arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to install the deadbolt we needed, used a drop cloth to catch any potential mess, and did it all with a friendly, professional attitude, and for a great price. What more could you ask for? We look forward to hiring him again in the future."

"Talha was our repair pro, he was great. After looking at the job he explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. We have been looking for a carpenter for repair and home projects. We found our guy. Thank you."

"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."

"They did an outstanding job, made recommendations and walked me through the install. I will hire them again."

"Hired them to repair our vinyl fence, install a security lock and reinforce an outdoor gate. They arrived on time and were courteous, attentive to our needs and reasonably priced."

"I had a massive pile of junk (deck wood, concrete, bricks, tree parts). Blankson Home Improvement came out and it was gone in two trips. Fair pricing. Easy to work with. Would hire for more home projects."

"On time, courteous, worked fast and great price. Had them hang sports memorabilia around my basement bar area. Would hire them again for handyman work."
