"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). Owen was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; and he immediately flexed from my initial faucet installation request to add the other two items to the scope. "I contacted eleven highly rated plumbers through Angie's List and selected this one because they provided a reasonable estimate via Angie's List message system (half of them wouldn't do so) and did not charge a dispatch fee (half of them had one). Edmond (a master plumber who owns this business - not some random subcontractor) was prompt, courteous and got the job done efficiently. I was also pleasantly surprised that he installed a pressure regulator that included a gauge, which was not mentioned at the time of estimate. Will definitely use again should the need arise. "WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.
