"Mr Friday showed up within the timeframe. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed him the lamppost and he got to work. He quickly found the issue and replaced the part. I also asked him advice on some landscape lighting and he gave me some great advice on how to bump up the intensity of the light by buying LED bulbs instead, which I have done. While looking at the outdoor plug for the lighting he noticed that it was not protected from the elements. He ended up installing an entire new GFI plug (old plug rusted out) and a nice hinged plastic bubble thing over the top. He caulked it all off and everything works perfectly. I got a quote for some other stuff too. I would definitely hire Beacon again! Also want to give a shout out to the great office staff (Katie was one) who kept me updated with arrival times and for being very responsive to my questions!"

"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

His team completely transformed our hardscape areas, including installing a beautiful flagstone walkway and patio, a perfectly graded cement driveway, iron railings on our steps, and plants in a number of locations. On top of that, some of the work required some touch up and sealing and Jesse and his team have come out a couple of times later this spring to do that work unprompted. There's a little bit left, but I know they'll be around to finish it as they've taken care of us every step of the way. Even better, everything was done in budget. Look no further! They've painted a powder room and installed a vanity, light and mirror in it, they've installed in-line water filters, and there even put in an area of hardwood flooring.
