UPDATE - 2/4/2015 - They did come to my home and provided an estimate and plan for lighting our back yard and deck. 6 lights were included in our original purchased deal. Their proposal was for the original 6 lights plus another $1500 worth of lighting. I like their plan but we weren't prepared to spend the additional money at this time. They came out yesterday and installed just the initial 6 lights. They arrived on time and the work they did is wonderful. Our deck is beautifully lit now and I am very happy. While this relationship got off to a rocky start, they made it right and we will hire them again when we're ready to finish the back yard lighting. Also - the deal was supposed to be for the front of the house - but that wasn't clear when I bought the deal - so they allowed us to use our 6 lights on the deck. I'm sure they want the front so that they can show off their work - and that makes sense to me - as their work is worth showing off. I would now highly recommend this company."

"Mr. Wilburn's crew showed up on time Thursday to rake my leaves.  They had to reschedule when the weather turned unfavorable in the middle of their work.  The crew returned Friday as promised to finish the work.  Since I was at the office that, I could not hand them the check in person.  Mr. Wilburn let me mail it.  My contractor was in the house that day take care of a project and commented that the crew did an excellent job.  I inspected the results afterwards and agree.  Mr. Wilburn's company will be back next year to mow my lawn and take care of my other landscaping needs.

"Contractor arrived earlier than scheduled and got straight to work.  Unfortunately the problem with the light involved more complex electrical work than I had thought so it was not fixed.  However, he did fix the problem I was having with the faulty lighting in the ceiling fans from my original request - I was using the wrong light-bulbs.  Go figure!

"We had some issues with arrival time and communication that were frustrating. He had someone call out which I understand can throw the day off but we were juggling work hours to be there and killed several hours waiting for arrival and communication (both the initial time and then the new updated time).  
Once they got there they were professional and installed two lights very quickly and with good quality.  They went above and beyond to hang one light at the right height given the out of the box parts didn't support the proper height.  
We had prepaid for 2 hours and they finished both jobs in 20 minutes (so 40 people minutes!).  I was kicking myself I hadn't had more things planned for them to do but never expected they would be so fast.

"I wanted to replace my plain, cracked concrete patio behind my townhome with a newer patio and add some landscaping as well. Ray gave me a full proposal with some great ideas for both the front and back patios as well as landscaping ideas with plants for the front, back and along the side of my townhome (corner lot). He also added some options for improving the drainage around the house. He was extremely professional and was the only contractor who presented a full turnkey solution with some new ideas.The price was a little out of our original budget but he did add several extra items that we had not thought about. We felt that it was a very fair price and we decided to go with him for our project.
The proposal also included removing my old concrete patio because it had settled in unevenly. As part of the project, Ray poured in new concrete for a solid base and added brick pavers on top. He also added an 8 ft. sitting wall and 2 ft. x 3 ft. flagstone steppers from the patio to the front of the house. By the front of the house, he added some additional flagstones to keep my trashcans as well. He also replaced the old gravel around my front patio with some nicer gravel. For drainage, he added a couple of drainage boxes to improve drainage around my home. He added topsoil and mulch around the patio at the back, by the side and around my front patio so it is ready for planting in the fall. He will also be polishing and sealing my existing front patio when it gets warmer. All in all, Ray was great and did an excellent job with my patio. He had estimated the job to take a week and he was done with everything in 4 days. I would recommend Ray for any patio and landscaping job without hesitation.
