"The technician was not only on-time, he called me when he was 20 minutes out to assure me he was on the way. He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract. After putting the new glass and seals in place, he then tested to ensure no carbon monoxide was seeping into the house. The fireplace looks like it is brand new and it functions perfectly. I am totally satisfied with the job, and the price was very reasonable. The technician left details of a service program, but did not pressure me in any way to sign up. I strongly recommend Wammoth Services to anyone needing to have a gas fireplace serviced or repaired."

"Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! When Jeff came for the estimate we had an idea of what we wanted, but after discussing things with Jeff we changed our minds on patio shape and material, and it came out great. Ask questions and listen to advice. The installation team was also great. Communication was open throughout the process to ensure things went smoothly. And, of course, Guy was responsive and helpful getting us scheduled and setup. It's been in a month now, and the new patio is looking great! Price-wise, Mottern came in on par with their competitors. "I had a house fire and the fire department damaged the panel while putting out the fire. In one day Beacon got a permit pulled, new panel installed, and power restored to the house so my pipes wouldn't freehand repair work could be started. Great company."

"The cost was reasonable and the final quality was satisfactory. Ran into some bumps on the way: The patio was intended to channel rainwater away from house. Initially, the way it was installed, it pooled right near the house. Upon my request, the part of the patio that pooled was picked up, extra material was added and it seems to be draining correctly now. The other problem was that the terraced garden beds were filled with the material removed from the back yard despite the fact that they were going to be gardened in. I had to request that the material be removed so I could get topsoil in. First Impressions quoted doing that for 250$. I found a local place that would deliver for 92$. When First Impressions heard that, they dropped the price to 120$. Overall, the job ended up being satisfactory, but I wasn't impressed with communication and I'm not sure it would have been done correctly had I not been checking on everything daily and requesting that things be done according to the contract.
