Within an hour after they left me with nothing but a hole in my ceiling, Frank was at my door, ready to assist. With his honest and upfront approach, he figured out how to hang the new hood without needing to repair the tiles and also installed the outlet. I was able to cancel the Lowe?s installers from coming back out and got a refund of all my money because Frank was able to hang the hood himself! He listened to my concerns regarding the insulation of the vent and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
