We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. Cooper for doing such a professional job. We can't say enough. I would recommend O. Cooper Asphalt Paving without any hesitation. Oh, one last thing the scheduler was awesome too!"

"This is a second time I hired Lazaro because he did a superb job on pavement. This time, a bit hesitating to call him because it's landscaping work rather than hardscaping. However they did a great job removing weeds, adding top soil and planting sod and bushes with mulch on front yard. On side yard, they removed weeds, added top soil and planted seeds. I like his prompt response, reliability and commitment. They have a solid work habit. Strongly recommend."

They showed up on time, unloaded all their paving equipment, then the entire team went to work repaving our driveway. The brought a pretty large crew to do the job, and each team member seemed to really know their job, and they all worked together really well. Within just a couple of hours they were finishing up the job before cleaning up, and loading up all their paving equipment before leaving for their next job. "Julio and team went above and beyond what they agreed to do. We brought E T Landscaping in with a wide scope of services to include tree removal and stump grinding, weeding, mulching, aerating, and seeding work as well as putting down some gravel. Upon completion of the work, Julio advised that in order to do it properly, he would need to do some additional work that wasn't originally in scope, but that he wasn't charging us extra. We cannot overstate how much it meant that Julio wanted to do the job well vs. just checking the box. The before and after of the property was astounding and it's hard to believe how much they were able to accomplish. We agreed on a price and set a date for the project. Her team was at my home promptly, began work quickly, did not stop until the work was complete. Rebecca's husband, Neal, led the 4-5 man crew; they worked very well together and were open for my questions. Unlike other contractors, they used 4" of asphalt (pre-compacting); their work was exceptional!
