"I hired Jovel to build stairs, retaining walls and planters connecting my existing patio to a new patio that I also hired Jovel's company to build. The stairs, retaining wall and planters were completed in September. In October, I had a licensed inspector at my home for another project and he pointed out that the stairs Jovel had built did not meet code. The inspector stated that stairs must be of equal rise and the lower and upper stairs were not in acceptable range with the other two. He also stated that three or more stairs required a handrail and that the stairs were POOR construction. Jovel has refused to correct the issue or refund any money paid. Please see pics for inspection report."

The brought a pretty large crew to do the job, and each team member seemed to really know their job, and they all worked together really well. Within just a couple of hours they were finishing up the job before cleaning up, and loading up all their paving equipment before leaving for their next job.
