They completed a significant amount of yard work (i.e., removing yard debris, weeding flower beds, pruning bushes/trees, mulching, planting new plants/tree, laying sod, and fertilizing the grounds/flower beds, large tree removal, and regrading the gravel driveway), in a timely manner.
