"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Great work. We love our new basement, all of the work was completed as we wanted. The work was better than our original builder. Our new bathroom we had built in the basement turned out better than expected and is currently one of the nicer bathrooms in the house. Tile work tured out well and has not had not had any problems with cracking. No problem with the plumbing and electrical work. The LED lights they put in are bright and work well. We had a couple of nail pops and a small crack from settling within the first year but everything else has stood up well."

"Project Manager assisted with choices of tile and fixtures but was not pushy.  Answered questions and was very responsive to any issue I brought to him.  These were everthing from a "real" question to just helping to calm my nerves through the process of having people and disruption in my home.
Crew memebers were exceptional.  They were on time, careful of my home and did their jobs efficiently and with the skill of the craftsmen they are.  They took pride in their work.  They cleaned up each day and left the site at the end very clean. 
This project came in on time and on budget.  There were issues to be addressed during the remodel, as there always is, when you start tearing out the old to bring in the new.  Each challenge was met and addressed promptly which helped to keep the project moving along and be completed in a timely fashion.
I will have this team do my next project.

"Margaaa arrived to my home on schedule with a two-person crew and a truck.  They were courteous, professional, patient, careful and absolutely perfect. Hauled away a heavy sleeper couch, an old lawnmower, parts from broken cabinetry and a bunch of random junk. Total time: less then 30 minutes.
