"We were so happy with our bathroom remodels done in December by Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed. "Awful, awful experience. A true nightmare. They charged tens of thousands of dollars and messed up basically every aspect of our bathroom remodel. Given multiple opportunities to fix their problems, they did not. Extremely sloppy, low quality work. The work on the bathroom was clearly done by someone who has never seen a bathroom or used one, much less built one before. The shower leaks, the tile was so crooked and bumpy it had to be ripped out twice, the radiators were badly reinstalled and dripped water down through the floors into to kitchen below, the walls and ceilings they built are not straight or square, the sink handles immediately fell off, they caused a $1000 plumbing clog and our basement to flood with sewage by flushing construction debris down our toilet. Instead of replacing pipes, they kept the old pipe which we had asked them to replace, and then tried to hide and cover it up. They would also show up unannounced and let themselves into our home on days when they had not told us they would be coming or that we were supposed to expect anyone to be in our house. So on multiple occasions I would hear an unexpected noise and I'd look over and see someone in my house who I had never seen before in my life. And every time we raised an issue to them, they either ghosted us or tried to convince us it was fine and that their work had been done correctly. I have pictures to document all of these issues. I will never let anyone from DMV enter my house again and I will tell everyone I can to never do business with this company. Scammers, liars, incompetent, I hope they go out of business."

The first time I met Syed from Stellar Remodels company, his honest response left me a deep impression. He is approachable and knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Their ability to get inspections and necessary permits so smoothly made the entire experience stress-free for us.
